We would like to introduce ourself as a decade old leading resort on the outskirts of Shirdi, located just a 1 km away from Shri Sai Baba's Samadhi temple, 03 kms from Shirdi Railway station & 09 kms from Shirdi Airport. Pushpak Resort is spread over 3.5 acres of tastefully developed infrastructure along with grasslands. Pushpak Resort is perfect destination for every occasion.
Really a bad experience

The hotel was in a pathetic condition right from the lobby, with practically zero maintenance. The allotted room wasn't at all fit for stay - dusty floor, dirty linens, stained walls, dirty bathroom, toilet flush non-functional etc. It was so bad that within 5 minutes we moved out to search for a better hotel. It has been almost a month, I am yet to get back the booking deposit that I had paid. On phone, they promise to do the refund the next day which never happens and now I am just tired of following up further. I have been visiting Shirdi for 25 years and never had such a bad experience of hotel stay. I shall not recommend this hotel to anyone.

They were responding quickly to our requests - 4 Ratings 3) Food (Lunch/Breakfast) was not convincing at all, also it was overrated - 1 Rating 4) Pool - Even though it's pandemic period going on Hotels should always keep their vicinity clean and tidy as when we arrived at Hotel Pool was not clean at all - 1 Rating 5) Room was very clear and tidy - 4 Ratings One visiting this Hotel needs to take care of his Lunch/Breakfast/Dinner separately as you cannot rely for their food, otherwise this Hotel is good to go if not counted on Food & Pool.

The Location is very ideal for a perfect Family Vacation. Nestled in plush green farms, with a dreamy view of the hills. we have in total 6 spacious cottages & 12 executive room which can accommodate a maximum of 54 people. All rooms are identical except for the wall shade and the curtains. The Lower Cottage room with forest view. Other Amenities: Intercom, Invertor backup, Cable T.V, Spacious Lawn. All rooms with a common balcony having hill view and forest view Hot Water, Badminton Court, indoor games, Ample parking, Spacious Lawn for events, get together, camp fire and games.

We stayed for 2 nights and the breakfast served on the first day was not fresh the dosa sabji was stale so we decided to skip breakfast on the last day but we still went there as the receptionist insisted we have it while checking out. The options given were idly, paav bhaji and uttapam. You don't have to be sherlock Holmes when someone serves you a dish like paav bhaji in breakfast, obviously it was a leftover. We requested a dosa instead of uttapam but they refused to serve it. We left the place without eating. If the hotel doesn't want to serve their customers breakfast then they shouldn't do it. Serving substandard food is humiliating . It's a shame that the restaurant alone can degrade the overall experience. I would have definitely revisited this place if it hadn't been the restaurant. There are far better options than this and you can definitely avoid this place.

Terrible staff and room
Reviewed By Ashay YI visited with my mom to seek blessings of sai baba but this place turned of my mood and divinity of shirdi. I booked this hotel through Oyo and this time Oyo disappointed me with there ratings for the first time. The owner insulted me for paying the price quoted by Oyo and said "itane mein intanahi milega" he also charged me for water and there was no parking space at all the provided parking by the hotel was uncovered and totally unsecured. What can I say about the room there was no basic furniture in the room i have to have my food on the floor with the owner rudely advising me not to spill the food. I don't know if this people know the 'c' of customer service. I visited on the basis of ratings on Oyo and I felt miserable througout after check in. One single towel was provided for two persons the bathroom was filthy and leaked. Window opening was to another wall of washrooms. I was suffocated because the ac was turned off by the staff there was no one to help. Imagine you don't have control to the ac in your own room after you book a hotel room. Breakfast i didn't took nothing was good i really felt insulted cheated and maltreated by this Oyo property Oyo wake up and do.some improvements you guys are loosing the soul.

Reviewed By Akhileshk201Well and very polite staff. I have made late checkin without getting any issue . The Sai baba temple is just walking distance from hotel around 400meters. The basic stay of hotel is start by 500INR for one day.The restaurant is serviceable. Sai baba prasadalya is almost 1.5kilometer from hotel premises. The railway station is around 4km and bus station is 1km with easy availability of transportation. I give 4star rating for peaceful stay and for pricing factor.

The rooms are spacious with a good amenities in the resort like swimming pool, gymnasium, Pool table, table tennis, etc. The staff of the resort was very courteous. The food was also of good quality. Definitely recommend for a visit.
