Reviewed By KhangN113We booked 5 nights here by Traveloka, not good for my experience. The location was good, near to the beach. The breakfast was included with fried eggs only??? The room was not clean, had mosquitoes (our room at 4th floor???), One more, there is only 1 key for 2 guests??? Never return!

Reviewed By bf196369This hotel is directly across the street from the beach in Nha Trang. We selected a seaside view room.There are several good restaurants, mini marts and coffee shops five minutes walk away. The rooms are reasonably priced with A/C and standard comforts. The beds are very hard and low to the floor. The staff is very nice, but speak limited English so communication is difficult. Get the translation app for your phone and things will be easier. They booked our bus to Da Lat for us and arranged for laundry to be cleaned. There is WIFI in the room. Overall good experience at a reasonable price.

Disapointed, rude receptionist, bad services
Reviewed By thuan125I booked 5 night at this hotel via the recestionist not an online travel Agency. We arrived the hotel at about 1pm, the receptionist did alow us to checked in althought there is no one inside, and the first thing we hear from her is " pay the bill" with not a pleased voice, althought we already pay half of the bill before. When we checked out with 1 night early, they shouted at us, still want to charge us 5 night, we refused to pay so she told us "NERVER come back to this hotel". OK I NEVER COME BACK TO THIS HOTEL. It's seem like this hotel dont need clients. May be, the hotel need to train the receptionist if they still want to client

Really bad experience for my family
Reviewed By phongluan0312I booked about 4 squad rooms (room for 4 person) and 1 double room. As it displayed on online travel agency, all squad room has balcony but the receptionist only gave us 3 rooms like that, the other room was really really tiny with 2 beds and no more space for moving, and of course this room had no balcony. When our driver asked receptionist for parking fee, she abused us that the hotel had never paid that fee for customers. Because we booked rooms by online travel agency with cheap price so we could not request much for things like that. Oh no, there was my 89 yrs old grandfather in there but she continued abusing us with terrible words. The air con in my double room was broken down. It was really hot and I could feel like I was in the sauna. Such a really bad experience for my family in Nha Trang.

До моря около 10 минут, до центра лучше на мототакси (20-25 тысяч донгов) или автобусе. Из значимых недостатков - персонал очень плохо говорит по английски. В комнате в шкафу обнаружилось забытое ведро с мусором от прошлых жильцов. В остальном чисто, душ и туалет работают хорошо, в номере есть стол с запирающимися ящиками.

Hotel stay & simple massage
Reviewed By samq717The staff were amazing. The place was clean and I wanted tommy space and that is what I got. The receptionist son is the nicest person I have come across yet. They gave me a discount massage for stay and it honestly made my body feel better. Great stay. Will be back if I’m ever in Vietnam.

Reviewed By phip888I booked a room with double bed but was surprised to be offered a family room with 2 double beds on the top floor, with no additional charge. The room was very satisfactory, clean sheets and towels, the few amenity items can be compensated by very economical price of 380,000d for 2 nights stay. It is located among shops, restaurants, tour agencies, and retailers of special local products - especially the famous coffee powders. One can enjoy a good coffee, and kebabs by the five-foot-way. At night fall, the local people hawk BBQ lobsters, squids, fish, and a good varieties of choice. The long stretch of beautiful beach is always packed with tourists, especially from Russia and China.

Reviewed By Chloe MThe service was horrendous. We had booked to stay for two nights. We had caught a night bus from Mui Ne so it was going to be an early hours check in, but we had done this many times along our travels without any problem. Our bus was very late picking us up meaning we arrived at 6am so we wanted to check straight in and go to bed. The room should have been ready as it was booked out for us the previous night and then this night. However, we were rudely told it wasn't ready and told to sit and wait four hours until ten for our room to be ready. Receptionist extremely rude. Can not comment on anything else because we decided to leave and stay elsewhere.

Cheap and cheerful
Reviewed By LizzROzSlightly out of the way but away from noise. Hosts are happy to help with any requests. Restaurant not open for breakfast. Bathroom is a wet room so be careful. Spacious rooms. Approx 50,000VND (taxi) from centre of town. Close (walking distance) to 2 beach clubs for food, drink or swim. We had booked 3 rooms and all rooms were on the same floor. No inroom safe. But reception have one. No TV channel guide so flicking through to find English ones can be fun.
