Best view on Livadhi Beach
Reviewed By CLMH_13The view was great. Clementina and Thefta gave us a warm welcome. The room was simple but functional. Airconditioning was working properly. The bathroom could use an upgrade. We could use free sun-bed and sun umbrella for the beach. Too bad Thefta's restaurant was closed due to low season. Breakfast also not served yet for that reason but there is a fridge available in the room. Only a few restaurants open on the beach but food is good and affordable. Few notes further: - No response via email before our reservation so we had to reserve via booking. - We paid on arrival for the room (wooden bungalow) but when we walked up they offered us a normal bungalow too where it seemed to be cooler (was the airconditioning on already?) which we decided to take. Nice to be offered choice but with the price difference between both, not sure if this was a scam or a genuine offer... Nevertheless the normal bungalow seemed nicer because heavy construction is happening next door which is closer to the wooden bungalows.

A little oasis
Reviewed By sleepybexhillThe guest house is set back from the seafront in a quiet location yet only a few minutes walk to the beach or town centre. For access you need to take the narrow lane immediately to the left of the Malpos service station on the seafront. It’s a gravel track but perfectly drivable. We had a family room which had a large balcony with a sea view. It was clean and reasonably furnished. The guest house has underground parking and is set in a pleasant garden. Tony looked after us very well and prepared two of our evening meals - one fish, directly from the sea, and one pork fillet. Both were better than anything we have found along the coast. You would struggle to find anything better for the money - my score of 5 reflects that.

Reviewed By _steph91986Stayed here for one night while driving down the coast. The hotel is a bit off the main promenade but is within walking distance. Plenty of parking surrounding the hotel. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and modern. Had a beautiful balcony that looked out towards the ocean. When we went to leave the next morning there was no staff there at 8am and no sign of breakfast. This was the only thing we found a bit odd. We finally found a staff at 830 and left our key and they made breakfast for us. This might have just been a one off though since we were still in early season and not many other people were there.

Reviewed By 1409irshaWe as couple decided to stay in this hotel as recommended from other friends of ours. It was such a good and cleaned place.The owners were very communicative with us. The breakfast was excellent, especially home made cake. Very recommended as place. Great and excellent service. ✔️✔️✔️

Host über WhatsApp sehr gut erreichbar, hilft einem auch gerne weiter bei Fragen zu Restaurants etc. Liegt in Strandnähe mit schönem Weg dorthin, allerdings etwas höher gelegen, als die Apartments in unmittelbarer Strandnähe.

Reviewed By lindlinIo e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato 6 giorni in questo agriturismo ad agosto e avremmo voluto rimanerci molto di più! La posizione è ottima per raggiungere in breve tempo tutte le spiagge più belle della costa e le camere sono basiche, ma confortevoli (apporterei solo qualche modifica alla doccia, che era senza box). Una menzione speciale però va allo staff, persone fantastiche: ospitali, gentili e veramente disponibili. Hanno reso la nostra vacanza una coccola meravigliosa. Infine un applauso anche al cibo: ottima cucina tradizionale casalinga a prezzi super onesti. Che dire.. se dovessimo ripassare per Himarë ci ritorneremmo senza ombra di dubbio!!

Reviewed By Valentina MValentina e Petro sono due padroni di casa gentilissimi e disponibili. Valentina è anche una cuoca eccellente, consiglio di provare sia la colazione che la cena. Il rumore del mare durante la notte è insostituibile. Ottima posizione. In centro. Vicinissimi anche alla banchina da cui partono i tour in barca.

Non indicano che sono a circa 2 Km di sterrata dalla strada principale, quasi tutta in salita, l'ultimo tratto sale molto e ha due strisce in cemento pensate per le auto e non per le moto. Per arrivarci ho dovuto togliere le borse laterali e salire scarico. La necessità di dover percorrere detta "strada" più volte al giorno per andare al mare o per andare a cena, ci ha fatto cambiare alloggio. Non hanno WiFi nonostante sia indicata. Il posto sarebbe carino e panoramico.

BE AWARE - not trustworthy
Reviewed By Anja AJust to alert you, that you may not have a booking when you turn up. This happened to us - and apparantly also Dutch family the day before us. Someone else occupied the residence. ( they told us they had cancelled our booking 4 days before our stay - which they hadn't - and any way cancellation 4 days in advance just before they get 'better tenants wanting to stay longer is not acceptable). We ended up in an unfinished hotel not far away at a more expensive price - and green house did not cover price difference, which would be normal when having double booked.
