Great hotel, great location. I was staying in the hotel for 3 nights since I was on business trip. The waiters are extremely polite and understanding, Armin, Osman, Ervin, and Andrea did everything in their power to ensure maximal satisfaction for me and my colleagues. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing amazing stay with Emir at the Goa Guesthouse

Reviewed By JenniferP363

We cannot say enough about our two night stay in Mostar at the Goa Guest house. We give it a twelve out of ten. Emir, his wife Mieda and son Errol were our hosts. Emir went over the top in his hospitality. We felt like friends and family. When we arrived, we sat at a table in the courtyard and he brought out a jug of his chilled, homemade rose juice. Delicious and so unique. We also were treated to it each morning at breakfast. He then brought out s plate of fresh figs for us, from his garden, while we visited. Then I asked him to show me his garden. We walked all through it. He showed me hanging squash bigger than a baseball bat. Kiwi growing on s rooftop lattice. He let me pick my own fig. I’ve never done that before. He picked grapes from the vines and offered them to me. He also gave us bunches of grapes for the road, when we left and bottles of water. I loved sharing gardening stories with him. Our room was amazing. Best view of the bridge I’m sure from anywhere in town. We sat on our huge balcony and enjoyed the river and city view, as well as the famous stone bridge. The shared bathroom was fine. The place was very clean with good AC and excellent wifi. A five minute walk from the old town. Very quiet at night in our neighbourhood. Would not hesitate to stay here again. We were able to get our laundry done for a small fee. If Emir asks if you want breakfast, say yes!! It was an extra charge, but so over the top amazing. The plates kept coming out full of enticing food, so artfully arranged and served with flair. Our breakfasts were a memorable, culinary experience. Served in the courtyard under the shade of the apricot tree. Everything is organic and he takes great pride in this. Flavourful Bosnian coffee, rose juice, meat, eggs, bread, mozzarella and tomato salad, Feta cheese and grilled zucchini that would melt in your mouth. Mushrooms. Homemade mayonnaise. Everything was garnished and flavoured with herbs. We finished off with homemade, apricot jam on our bread. Absolutely amazing!! This is where we will stay, when we return. You should stay there too!! You are missing out on lovely, warm, Bosnian hospitality if you pass on this gem.

Pleasant and comfortable

Reviewed By Robert O

Room with a balcony in quiet setting. Hot shower, WiFi, kitchenfacility all worked well. The place was kept very clean. Bed and pillow were comfortable. Staff was friendly and eager to support. Location is close to the bus station 1 km away. The distance to the center of town is just under 2 km (walkable). Tourist info is available. Eventually it proved not possible to extend my stay. I was told at very short notice I should check-out, though the evening before I was told it was possible to stay. Attention coffee addicts! On arrival there was no coffee, though a supermarket nearby was still open (so problem solved). Not related to the Guesthouse. There is a public bus service from Dubrave Gornje at 1 km distance from the airport. However, this service is not very frequent in the evening. Taxi price from Dubrave Gornje to Tuzla is 7.5€. The Guesthouse service is a welcome option, especially if you have luggage and want to avoid dealing with the taxi driver crowd at the airport.

A nice hotel!

Reviewed By MartinaAzzurra

The hotel is very modern and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is in the middle of the city, very close to the beautiful bridge. Be careful when you are arriving with the car because it is not easy to find the parking spots that the hotel owns. Anyway the owner of the hotel helped us a lot.

Great location and excellent service

Reviewed By Admira I

I was in Nea hotel for a business. First I could not find the parking place and the receptionist came out searching for me and showing me the parking place. The room was spacious and well equipped. The location is very close to the center. And special thanks goes for breakfast. I don't eat pork meat and they brought me another separate plate with beef and turkey salami and chees. Despite the fact that breakfast buffet was full off other dishes (all art of eggs, pita -bosnian traditional food, bread with marmelade, honey... real continental breakfast) I was surprised with thoughtfulness of the hotel staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

Einfach und ohne Flair

Reviewed By 418carolab

Erinnert sehr an DDR. Für eine Nacht ganz ok.
