Suprise extra charge when you arrive late in the evening
Reviewed By SSMHWe booked through Booking.com and the price was 60 euros for a night for 3 adults in one room. On the website, they say the reception is open 24 hours a day, the main reason we booked this place. We even wrote on the reservation that we would arrive late. However, when we arrived at 11 p.m. the receptionist insisted on charging 10 euros extra because it was later than 10 p.m. There is nothing about this on the website or the booking confirmation we received, so it feels very uncomfortable to be pressed to pay extra or leave when you arrive late and they know you have probably no other option than to stay and pay up. Even when their credit card machine was not working properly at that hour, they insisted we had to pay in advance and tried with every credit card we have with us. Plus they really wanted us to pay for breakfast even when we had booked a room without breakfast. The room was OK, clean and big enough for 3 people, but the covers were very thin, so with no heating on until we arrived, it was quite cold.

Reviewed By MickyRaines123Very good facilities, exceptionally clean rooms. Fluffy towels and good pillows. Plenty of choice for breakfast, lots of fruit. Slight bug bear is 10am check out, this may suit professionals and cyclists but feels hurried and unnecessary for families. The owner is efficient and friendly.

Super Atmosphäre (gute Gespräche, sehr gute Tips und sehr viel gelacht). Geräumige und sehr saubere Zimmer. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden mit Sicherheit nochmal wiederkommen - wenn wir dürfen -.

Reviewed By Barry CVery nice hostel next to usedom. The beds are very good (mattresses). Also you should order the breakfast for 6 euro, it is like in a hotel prepared buffet with much more choices than most hostels offer.

Für Hundebesitzer genau das Richtige
Reviewed By Pancha357Wir buchten sehr kurzfristig für 4 Personen und einen Hund. Wir würden sehr nett empfangen und hatten eine sehr unkomplizierte Einweisung. Die Zimmer sind hell und freundlich gestaltet. 2 von uns haben im Untergeschoss übernachtet und 2 oben. Die Raumgrößen sind sehr angenehm. Sogar kleine Küchen stehen einem zu Verfügung. Hinter dem Haus (100m) gibt es einen Platz auf dem die Hunde spielen gehen können. Auch ein paar Spielelemente wie eine Wippe, Hürden und Holzverschläge zu verstecken sind vorhanden. Wir bedanken uns und fühlten uns rundum gut aufgehoben.

Reviewed By Daggi0402Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist super, der Innenhof liebevoll gestaltet, die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen und der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war dabei sehr freundlich. Lediglich das gebuchte Babybett war bei Ankunft nicht aufgestellt und weil dies vergessen wurde, bekamen wir ein recht kleines Zimmer, wo das Bett gerade noch reinpasste. Der Kontakt war zunächst auch etwas knapp, was sich aber später änderte. Etwas irritierend war, dass sich die Gastgeber am Telefon nicht mit dem Hotelnamen meldeten - erst auf Nachfrage war klar, dass man richtig verbunden war.

Reviewed By kt120569Der Aufenthalt hat Spaß gemacht. Nettes Personal und tolle Umsetzung des Postkonzeptes. Weiter so. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Bei Wärme die Fenster öffnen, ist jedoch nicht clever. Man hat neben dem Straßenlärm, das ständige Gepiepse der Fußgängerampel im Ohr.

Reviewed By Ilona TDas Restaurant war am Samstagabend gut besucht. Eine Reservierung empfiehlt sich also. Sehr freundliche und zügige Bedienung. Leckeres Essen und riesengroße Portionen! Die Gaststätte bietet deutsche Küche, aber auch eine große Auswahl an Burgern. Es gibt auch eine hübsche Terrasse mit Blick auf den Hafen.
