Reviewed By CLJMGIn the title I mentioned that the hotel has seen better days but it is still a resonable place to stay in Weinheim, we stayed here while on a cycling hoiday and were allowed to lock our bikes in one of the conference rooms which was nice and helpful, This is a big hotel and it was nice to have the use of luggage carts etc. The restaurant was closed during our stay but the breakfast was good and plentiful. The room was of a good size with everything you expect to get from a NH hotel.

ok for a short stay
Reviewed By Adrian Lstayed in this hotel for a night. first impression of the hotel was pretty good, though parking can be a bit of a challenge. great location in the old town of Weinheim. staff was very friendly and attentive, breakfast for 10€ quite good. two points deduction for the missing a/c in the room, no light blocking curtains and almost unusable shower in the top floor rooms due to the slanted roof. overall ok for a day or two, but wouldn‘t stay here for longer. tip: try the indian restaurant just across the street, delicious food.

A gem in the heart of Weinheim
Reviewed By alisons907The staff, the location, the food and the quirky rooms are amazing. My sister and I travelled from Australia to visit our sister in Heidelberg hospital who sadly passed away during our visit. The staff at this hotel were genuinely thoughtful and caring in their support of us. They put flowers in our room and a card signed by all the staff when they knew we were suffering. I can not recommend this hotel highly enough. We came home from the hospital each night to be welcomed like we were family. Our gratitude is immense and we will always remember the MarktPlatz hotel and beautiful Weinheim with great fondness. Thank you

Good quiet stay.
Reviewed By BeakerTXStayed here for a night while on a business trip. Wish I had more time! The location is isolated and quiet. Nestled between some hills along a stream. My room faced the stream and the large windows provided an excellent view and opening to the back garden area. Check-in was a little impersonal, but everything else was great. Clean room, decent wifi. I recommend a hike up to nearby Hirschkopfturm. Probably better for vacation than a business stay, but glad I had a chance to stay the night.

Sehr schönes Ambiente
Reviewed By 874andreasdDie Ulner Kapelle ist ein ehemalige Kirche, die zu einem Event-Haus umgebaut wurde. Im Anbau befinden sich aber auch drei sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnungen. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Wir sind in der Suite Windeck einquartiert und haben einen herrlichen Blick über die Dächer der Altstadt auf die Burgruine Windeck.

Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft verfügt über eine geräumige Küche, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, ein schönes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und zwei abschließbare private Schlafzimmer, eines mit drei Einzelbetten und eines mit Doppelbett, welches ich hatte. Obwohl es eine Business Reise war, war die Wohnung pure Entspannung. Es war alles perfekt. Mit mitgebrachter Kerze und Yogamatte wurde es zu einer Wellness Oase. Minimalistisch eingerichtet und alles am richtigen Ort. Vom Fenster aus sieht man den Sternenhimmel. Außen gibt es einen Raucherbereich. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, nur ein kurzer Fußweg zum Stadtzentrum und Schlosspark. Leider mussten wir es kurzfristig ungeplant früher verlassen und deshalb ein wenig unaufgeräumt hinterlassen. Ich würde es auch bald für private Reisen buchen.

Reviewed By kees bHotel masthoff is gezellig hotel waar het sinds de jaren zeventig weinig verandert is. wat niet wil zeggen dat het verpaupert is, integendeel.De ontvangst was zeer hartelijk. We kwamen laat aan ivm pech aan de auto ,maar de eigenaar heeft gewoon op ons gewacht ! geweldige service. Ontbijt was ook goed. Als je een vriendelijk retro hotel zoekt , dan is dit een goede. We logeerden hier op de terug weg uit Italië en gaan dat dit jaar weer doen.
