Boutiquehotel Das Tyrol

What do you need to feel at home in a hotel? Certainly, first-class quality and excellent service are at the top of the list. These things are a matter of course here at the 4-star hotel Das Tyrol. Of course, individuality is crucial; charm that is exceptional. That signature feature that makes something distinctive, unique even. In our case, the individual uniqueness is art or rather the bridge that combines art with history, tradition, and modernity. Art-minded and individual A guest from London wrote in our guestbook. „This is our Schatzkammer“. And we are very proud of this, because we know he means art. He means our service. He means the dedication of our entire team. He means our whole hotel. Experience this special mixture of art, culture, and charming hospitality. We look forward to seeing you! A unique and charming hotel

Reviewed By JSC49

We loved everything about our stay at the Boutique Hotel das Tyrol. The decor is quirky and charming, with lots of modern art work to enjoy. The service is personal and friendly. Reception were always helpful, and Edouard in particular went above and beyond the call of duty helping us to organize a boat trip on the Danube in the Wachau Valley. We loved the breakfast room/bar and it was so nice to have comfortable chairs there and in reception. Our room was delightfully unfussy, containing everything we could possibly need or want, and nothing that we didn't. We had chosen a deluxe double which was situated at the back of the hotel and room 16 was wonderfully quiet. We especially liked having the comfortable sofa to be able to relax in our room after a busy day in the city. We will definitely return and will recommend to friends and family.

Great hotel with exceptional customer service

Reviewed By Kamal1186

Stayed here for 3 nights. Great service from the start. allowed to check in early. also benefit from noon checkout as standard which is amazing. tech wise the internet did lag a little and would have to reconnect to the network. they have tv built into the mirror which is cool feature but sound from speakers comes from behind the mirror. this is more technical so doesn't affect everyone. the bathroom is next to the bedroom and has glass on the door. if you want to go to the bathroom in the middle or night or when you wake up, the light will go through the glass and onto the bed so not great for other person sleeping. restaurant staff were amazing, would top up drinks as and when needed, great selection for breakfast and presentations is on point. would definitely recommend and stay again. tv remote and channels were very slow to respond only think I can suggest hotel to work on.

The most dogfriendly hotel ever

Reviewed By AMVikesaa

I arrived with a small puppy, whom were new to both me and the hotel. We were exeptionally well taking care of by all the staff at the hotel. Lots of traffic outside but once inside you couldnt notice it at all. A lot of dog stuff were put in our room to make us comfortable. I also think that tough Vienna is a big city, dogs seems to be welcomed in most places. And many dog parks and green «lungs» where the dogs could run freely. A great experience all in all. And 5 out og 5 stars to the hotel.

Comfort and charm

Reviewed By skippo_10

This is a very convenient hotel. Close to the centre and very near the Naschmarkt, which is useful because evening meals are not offered. The staff are excellent - helpful and well trained. Breakfasts are good, with excellent choice and quality. Rooms are furnished individually and with some style. Ours was a little small and we’d choose a larger one next time. But it was well equipped and comfortable. The hotel has a friendly and personal touch which is a nice contrast to the large hotel chains.

The best hotel, location and views!! The style, convenience and modern layout of the rooms is perfect! We arrived very later at night, but nothing was a bother. We received an exceptionally friendly and relaxed check in....with a much needed beer. Every single member of staff was above and beyond the call of duty. There are actually 2 many to mention, but each one has added to our fab memories of Vienna. We have just booked to go back for the Christmas markets....cant wait?.

Superbude Wien Prater

Funky vibe and a comfy stay

Reviewed By josephmarkd28

Very cool aesthetic to Superbude, different themes for different rooms, mine was a bit rogue - space monkey, but made me and my friends laugh none-the-less, also had Rollercoaster Legs, and Tent camp out themes amongst our group HA. We had a bit of faff with the contactless check in but the receptionist was lovely in sorting us out in person. Very firm bed, which I found super comfy but a couple of friends not so much, so maybe could put a request in if you're more of a memory foam sort! Easy walk to the metro and if Theme Parks are your fancy, there is one minutes walk away. Would gladly stay again!

This hotel is top class. Well staffed, friendly, beautifully updated. The breakfast is also exceptional. We are seniors and found a less than 5 min walk to efficient, clean subway station got us downtown in 20 minutes. All sights you would want to see on same line within 5 stops and frequent trains. We highly recommend. Owners are same family for over a century. Outstanding.
