Reviewed By 121beatricehI stayed 1 week in the hotel alone and it was perfect. People are really kind and adaptable. The spa is really clean and the roof top is great (the swimming pool was not heated). The transfert from and to the airport was also ok. The place and the area are perfect to live and discover Providencia. I have no comment on the restaurant as I did not use it.

The staff here went above and beyond and the hotel was spotless. I also really enjoyed both restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

The air conditioning didn't cool, called for help 3 times, finally maintenance came, tried to tell me that 29 degrees celcius was OK....NOPE. finally after arguing, fixed it and cooled off room. no bueno

Price value im judging on luxury and was real fair, in the states a nightly rate would be around 120.00 a night and i paid 85.00 a night. Great helpful staff..always friendly. The restaurant in the hotel is ok but overall convenient. The surrounding areas arent the safest to venture out to. If you need a rapid pcr, they provide a discount card for 10% which is nice. Overall.. I give it a 9 out of 10. The indoor pool and gym is a plus.

Nice modern hotel with a view from bar on top
Reviewed By petr bRooms are nice, price is reasonable. However, the restaurant on top serves hopeless and hopelessly overpriced food. You may find it worth for the view. In the area we found no decent restaurants, but it is next to metro station and uber is cheap. It is far from the centre Reception procedures are lengthy and complicated. As we were attempting to checkout, there was a short (but interminable) queue, attended by FOUR reception staff. One was there just to be nice and calming to the queuing guests, one was checking guests out, one was checking in (BUT there was nobody to check in, so she was temporarily unemployed) and the forth one (clearly senior) was viewing the other three to see if they were performing their specific tasks. After a long wait we gave up after the promise from the nice guy that we will get the bill by email (we are still waiting for this....) We had to remind the cleaners to clean the floor of the room three times

He checked us in after 19 hours of travel offering information about the area and things to do. Maite and Carol greeted us with smiling faces each morning for breakfast and supported our use of simple Spanish. The pool and rooftop area were very relaxing. They have a well equipped fitness area.

Reviewed By andrea aWe didn't get the housekeeping service in all our stay. We have the "cleaning room" doorhanger hanging in our door, and nothing. We had to request for fresh new towels severals times (more than 7) and nothing.. We had to go down to get them. No new soap, no new shampoo or conditioner. We request room service the first day we arrived, the empty dishes stay outside in the aisle for more than 8hrs. And when we arrived, the front office lady that recieved us, was cero gentle. She could help us solve our problemas. She only wanted to charge us in Pesos Chilenos PLUS adding the TAX, because her POS couldnt recognize our card.
