Super easy to find food. But noisy early morning.
Reviewed By Kevin SGreat downtown location with supermarket just downstairs and food stalls just right outside the door. The room is big and clean. The AC cooled well but can be a bit noisy. The simple breakfast buffet (rice soup and toast) was ok for the price paid. Good, strong coffee. I got a double room with one King-size bed. One side of the bed has worn out springs, but the other side is ok. But the most annoying thing about this place is that they play loud music early in the morning (start around 07.30 am) in the restaurant that can be heard into the rooms.

Very dirty
Reviewed By rutgetThe photo's are not what you get in reality. The rooms are very dirty. The towels were very dirty. The bed had evidence of the previous owner's bodily fluids on the linen. On the plus side, the bathroom was clean. The hotel is situated next to the football fields, which may cause noise. The doors to the balcony don't provide enough insulation to keep out the noise unfortunately. After seeing this we decided not to stay. The fact that the staff is very incommunitive does not help either. Hopefully they can improve because the potential is there

Please prepare 200baht in cash to deposit for room key, you will get money back when you return the key for checking out. I recommend the hotel for anyone who travel to Uttaradit.

Reviewed By pohchooEach unit is an ensuite chalet with a big fridge. Park car in front of chalet.So convenient.Look out to padi fields and fruit garden....fresh air in a busy city. Wake up to singing of birds instead of traffic noise. So peaceful location yet close by restaurants and a big Tesco Supermarket. The owner Bowling is a graduate, speaks v gd English, interested in gardening and has planted many fruit trees for guests to learn and enjoy the fruits which she says will be able to harvest in 3 yrs. Bowling reccomends us to 2 restaurants but we went to one "By the River" - fantastic ecperience to eat by the riverside cooked by Michellin chef. Highly recc Breakfast cooked by her mom was great. Very sincere owners. We love to go back there again to enjoy their fruit trees.

Does a good job at a very reasonable price

Good size King Room with Balcony for me, large bathroom. All worked okay. Breakfast could have been better -- but can't really complain at the rate we paid

Wet area is not separated from dry space, so when showering, water spray all over the floor and toilet. There are 3 floors without elevators. No hair dyer. One shopping mall is 10 minutes walk. Market is a bit far, it takes around 7-10mins drive. Maids are friendly, but front receptionist both day and night period are not friendly. Don’t have serviced mind. Especially for night, he is really rude. Front receptionist didn’t inform us to leave the key with him in order to clean the room. When we came back, we requested towel from front receptionist, he acts moody and like throw the towel on table.

Terrible service
Reviewed By Kputthima26I booked the hotel with Booking.com around 1pm and arrived at 5pm. The staff said I didn't book. I said booked I handed the booking code to see the staff said no. The staff told me to cancel and rebook at the hotel. I walked out of the counter and pressed cancel. Employees at the counter check in to other people, both customers standing there. And customers by phone Let me stand at the counter for 30 minutes, then drive me to the waiting chair. I heard the staff talking that the room is full, tell me the room is full. I was so angry, I had to walk out to find a new hotel. You should manage the room for the customer who is at the counter first, not the phone customer who called to reserve the room and others who came after me. Terrible service, not accepting customers at all. Who will book this hotel, think carefully, be careful of events like me.
