A nice play for visitting Hue city
Reviewed By 398jnnA nice hotel with a very nice location, in the middle of the city. I only take about 10 minutes to walk to the citadel. The high building that you can get a nice view from every room I think (My room is a very nice view of the city). The Staffs are very friendly and professional. Do it well and fast.

Nice hotel with friendly and courteous staff
Reviewed By jonjon cEmm Hotel at Hue is a very nice and clean hotel at a very convenient location. The staff at the hotel are very courteous, friendly and professional. One day when I walked into the hotel cafeteria for breakfast and there was no table available. H Huong, one of the staff immediately requested other employees to set up a table by the pool area literally within a minute. The service provided by the staff were excellent! I truly enjoyed my one week of staying at this hotel. In addition to the tasty Vietnamese breakfast, the hotel also offered the room rate at a very reasonable price!

Reviewed By Q2173ZJlukecThe location is terrific especially if your here on a Friday, Saturday or sunday as the streets all around the hotel transform into a walking streets and the bars spill into the streets. We had a room on the 6th floor and it was pretty damn loud from the bars. If you're a light sleeper this is not the place for you. Breakfast was average. Whilst a little dated overall the hotel is nice and as always staff are lovely!!

Reviewed By Tommy11032006I have stayed this hotel again on trip back to hometown in Hue, the thing made me surprised that reception still remember my favourit room view award to Song Huong river. the view at night is super romantic and pieceful when you are seating at balcony to have a drink and look over other site of river and Trang Tien bridge. Thank you for your treatment at reception as well others staffs, they made me feel sad on the way back home. I will come back soon in this summer.

Reviewed By Sharyn NWe stayed at the Scarlett boutique Hotel for 11 days because the bad weather meant we couldn't continue our bicycle tour of Vietnam. The rooms were so comfy we didn't want to come out in the morning. And the team at reception are great. The locations is good too. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars around and not too far from the Citadel. All in all a fabulous hotel in Hue

Reviewed By gaiab777Really nice Hotel with amazing beach and swimming pool. The prices are higher than in other hotels, but the service is wonderful. We highly recommend the Thai restaurant, we had the most amazing experience. Definitely recommend to enjoy some relax time at the beach.

Reviewed By df86I stayed at Cherish for 4N, including an extension of an extra night from my original plan for 3N. The room I had was spacious and with all key furnishings. Plenty of light. Nice little balcony with good view. The location is super convenient for restaurants in the area - lots of very good places no more than 10 mins walk away. There is a supermarket nearby also. The breakfast is very good - lots of variety and the staff who manage it are super friendly and wilco. A great start to the day. The gym is well equipped - above average in terms of hotel gyms. I could get a good full body session in. The gym could so with some attention with regard to cleaning and maintenance. I suspect that it has been neglected over covid due to low footfall. This is a point which goes for the wider hotel - it feels a bit like a refresh and a deep spring clean would do it good. Hopefully when tourist businesses picks up this will be feasible. Some of the facilities, like the cherish restaurant - well regarded on TripAdvisor - have had to shutter. I was happy with the place, and would certainly reccomend for a stay in Hue.

Everyone was polite and supportive, especially Ms. Quỳnh Nhi who helped me a lot to have the best trip. I also like the Indochine interior design, the pool,.. and great location, very near to accient town.

Reviewed By 101arnaudsI really appreciated my stay here. The location is good, the staff is very friendly. I would come back to this hotel ! The rooms are clean and spacious. Maybe the only negative point i can find is that they do not have an elevator, which was not a problem for me as I was one the second floor.
