Specially reception staff vishnu,we got a complete briefing about nearby tourist attraction from him. and it was very helpful.complimentary breakfast was decent. and overall nice stay.

Three Roots Resort is a perfect place for nature lovers like me....it was a perfect location, The host Sandhya is really a wonderful person, she made my stay really comfortable and worth remembering. Rooms are really very clean and spacious...the resort is at very peaceful and calm place. Food needs to be ordered from a restaurant as they do not have their own kitchen. I would suggest them to keep food services quick which will a great plus to their resort. I really loved the hospitality of Sandhya the host, she really helped me even after checking out from the hotel also i really thankful that help me to plan out my day out in Wayanad. It's very much connected with main road too, only you need to walk a km to get on the main road near KSRTC bus stop.

Modern rooms with good amentities. They now have room service too - which was not there the last time I visited. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Food service was really great only thing is that they can include more options in Menu which they are already working on . Pleasant atmosphere and felt like staying in home ?.

Reviewed By 557ravishankarmThis hotel and the owner Mr Sattar is a case study. I was seriously gobsmacked to see the brilliance with which they handle the customers. I seriously dont know if I need to give an edge to their food or to their customer service. From parking to the service to the food, this place is full of surprise. But the most surprising element is the owner Mr Sathar himself and he truly amazed us with the way he treats the diners. We had met him in the morning during our stay and had a small talk where he advised us with the places we can go to and in the end asked us to give him a ring before we come to lunch that he can get us a table but since we had to go there abruptly as a friend of us were there for lunch and did not inform Mr Sathar. But to our surprise he identified us and quickly arranged a table for us in the packed restaurant. The foods were absolutely great and what makes it better is the quality that did not make the heavily binged food bloat our bellies unlike many other places. We had gone back next day with our friends and found the food with the same taste and consistency. There is not further testimony requires when 2 parathas and a bib bowl of beef did not make the stomach bloated and nudged you to sleep. This place will be the first place we will go to dine thenext time we are in Bathery. We also had a nights stay at Wilton and found the rooms one of the best we have been to. Big, Spacious, Clean, well kept and definitly worth the money

The place is located on a gorgeous hillock overlooking the lake and Nilgiri mountain ranges. With very less rooms in absolutely mint condition at all times, there are no disturbances and noises to disrupt your peaceful stay. If you are looking for a place in Wayanad to rejuvenate yourselves, away from the bustling lives we lead in concrete jungles, this is a must on your list. Mr Sai's hospitality is out of this world and conversing with this ex-navy man opens so many doors of possibilities and discussions. He is an absolute gentleman to say the least. Coming to the food, chef Abhi is amazing. There is plenty you can choose from and the food is delicious. I am definitely going to go back there.

Rooms are cozy, the resort have all necessary amenities like in house restaurant, a swimming pool, play area, parking place. This resort is near to city but still able to have a kind of a gateway away from City Life. One good thing about this resort is they have printed list of all nearby attractions to visit by Distance wise which is useful to plan your sight seeing. However we found that the room service as well as the restaurant service not up to the mark. They need improve a lot on this.
