Located in Shayan Mineral Water Resort village, 17 km from Khust Town, Chervona Ruta Lodge features free Wi-Fi and free barbecue facilities. It also offers a on-site restaurant. Each cottage at Ruta comes with a traditional rustic-style decor and air conditioning. All cottages have a flat-screen TV, and bathrooms are fitted with a hairdryer.

Reviewed By Julia PWe've spent a family vacation once in this amazing place - it was 8 wonderful days in August 2016. We've rented not a room but the villa and it was simply outstanding! For only 100 euros per night we've got stylish 2 floors well equipped villa with great furniture, 2 bedrooms, living room in a studio style, huge kitchen with a dining room and a terrace. It was cleaned each day (so the service like in a good hotel).The breakfast was included in a restaurant of the hotel (3-5 minutes walk). The place itself is the small village. It is famous for the mineral water and full of sanatoriums but mostly Soviet style. So surroundings are strange but if you love beautiful nature, nice small unknown towns and villages with mixed Ukrainian and Hungary culture - you should try it. Mucachevo and Uzhgorod - great Ukrainian deep western cities are approximately 50 and 100 km from there. The car is recommended for this place.

Reviewed By andrewlM8935ABThis is great place for escape. We have seen squirrels every day of our stay. The pine woods are everywhere. We had a feeling of living in the forest. We lived in the wooden house, with very comfortable beds and ideal atmosphere. We had full board and were more than satisfied in the dining room with the quality and the taste of the food. Sanatorium has strong rehabilitation clinic and good doctors. I wish to come again!

Luxury hotel for a budget price!
Reviewed By NadiczkaMy husband and I stayed here in October 2016. The room and beds were great. There were no issues with hot water. The food in the restaurant was really good (except the salty porridge at breakfast time), and cost us about $15 AUD or less (Australian) for an evening meal combined with drinks. Be careful when buying fish as the price is for 100 grams. If you get the beef (veal) steak, it is the price for the whole weight so a much better bargain. We also got our laundry done (cleaned, dried and folded) for $1 AUD. The price of the room was very cheap for us, but what they quoted me in e-mail and what I paid when I arrived were different (840 UAH vs 1060 UAH). I did not show them my confirmation e-mail, which is my own fault. The price difference was a little more than $10, and this was for a 3 night stay (so, over $3 per night).

Reviewed By Yulia GThe best thing to say about this hotel is its location. Very beautiful Shayan village and the mountains, all around, covered with green-grreen forest. Rooms are quite comfortable, service is not too fast (wich is usual to this region) but very polite and communicative.

Огромное спасибо ребятам работающим в ресторане, действительно вкусно и «не больно для кошелька», а уж за завтрак , вообще РЕСПЕКТ И УВАЖЕНИЕ, до сих пор воспоминаем горячие мясные деликатесы и молочные продукты. Ещё раз спасибо и привет из Питера.
