Simple and accurate for the price

It has from single to three bed rooms everything you can even sleep in a room with other people that is quite cheap. The breakfast is chilean like, bread and a slice of chees or ham they made me some eggs to. The rooms are simple but clean with wooden floors and the place has no elevator.

Friendly staff, good service

We were visiting during COVID times, so the exercise room, pool and sauna were unavailable (totally understandable). The staff are very nice and provide great, friendly service. The hotel was easy to get to and had underground parking, good location to get around town or head out to other places.

Reviewed By pmeneghelThe hotel location is special, beautiful, rooms, bar, spa, pool, everything is perfect. It is important to emphasize that you must have a very good 4x4 to reach the location. For those who like such experience, it complements the joy of staying there. The administration must invest in reinforcing their staff. They all look overwhelmed as they work everyday from 7AM to 11PM. I do recommend NOI Puma Lodge!

It's not well administrated
Reviewed By FranzAbtThe hotel is in a good place with an acceptable peruvian restaurant in the first floor, its near the mainbus terminal o' higgins from Rancagua. The rooms have standard equipment, tv, bathroom and kingsize bed. The rooms are laid out with carpets so beware the you have allergies. The breakfast is standard that means bred, butter, mermelade, flakes, milk, juice, coffee and black tea... The same you can have for less money. I stay sometimes there cause i know that they have always a room for rent but i cannot say thats my favorite place...
