Fantastic Hotel in Upscale Area of Santiago
Reviewed By RonHinSDMy wife and I stayed in this hotel for a total of 5 nights on the front and back end of a trip to Chile. I can't say enough about how well we were treated in this hotel. All of the staff were so welcoming, kind and helpful. They assisted us in so many ways, including arranging winery tours and drivers, airport taxis, covid testing, etc. Most of the staff spoke English and were patient with our limited Spanish. After our one-night stay on the front end of our trip, we were so excited to know we would be staying there for four nights at the end of the trip. The excellent staff really helped with some stressful parts of the trip, such as a 5:30AM trip to the airport and pre-departure covid testing. The rooms are modern and comfortable, higher floor rooms have lovely city views, the European style breakfast is delicious, and the outdoor bar/restaurant is a great place to enjoy the sunset with a glass of Chilean wine. We felt so at home and were so sad to leave; I hope we get the chance to return to this hotel one day.

Reviewed By Msanu77The hotel is not for business travelers. I went for two weeks. The closet was to small for business clothes for 2 weeks. The hotel only has one restaurant that is also a public restaurant, then, a Friday night gets bussy and the restaurant ask you as a guest to make a reservation. Also, one day the restaurant was hosting an event so it was closed for guests but nobody told me in advance so I got the hotel at night and I went for dinner but It was no possible. It was not Plan B for guests who wanted to eat something. All the time I was in my room someone from the hotel service entered to my room without knocking the door or waiting for an answer from me. One day, I asked for and omelette at breaksfast time but It was no possible because there were not person to cook it even breakfast began at 7am and it was 7:40

My name is Casa Mondrian I am a beautiful and artistic house and I invite you to know my space, in it you can relax and enjoy a true oasis within the city, I have a flowery garden with pool and around me there are a lot of restaurants with meals of the World and markets. You can meet me whenever you want and I will guide you so you can get to know the surroundings of my city.

Reviewed By Amina C+ So friendly and helpful staff Lovelly little garden with a small pool Basic but ok breakfast Good wifi (although it didn't reach all the way to the garden) They helped me store my bike plus some luggage for a few days (although for an additional cost) - Pricey It would have been good to have a fan in the room because it was very hot. The bell on the gate didn't work, so sometimes you had to wait a little while before they heard or saw you, to let you in. A bit dirty and unorganized kitchen. Toilet plus shower could also have been more clean. And the water in the shower didn't run through well enough.
