Reviewed By Astrid BIt was again wonderful to stay at hotel Alpen-Herz. The family Schmid and their team are so kind and make sure you are feeling like home. Due to Covid we had to wear a mask when walking around, but you could remove the mask when you were sitting down. You could disinfect your hands in many places and all guests took good care of social distancing. We have never felt uncomfortable and felt very safe. It was very well arranged in the hotel. The rooms are very spacious, the food is very good, the service is perfect and the wellness is fantastic! My husband and I were together for 25 years on December 23rd. When we arrived in our room after dinner, a surprise was there; a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolate. Very attentive! The hotel is located one minute walk from the ski lift. You cross the parking lot and you are already there. We have been coming here for a number of years in summer and winter and the hotel is highly recommended.

We are always looking forward to children in our hotel. In our 120 sqm large playground your children will be supervised by professional trained staff. Everyone at the hotel make their best to keep you satisfied and display a great attitude. The food is superb; very good breakfast, simple but good lunch offer and amazing dishes during the evening. Claudia is a great host. Andreas at the restaurant offers an excellent service and Melissa at the reception is always willing to assist with your requests and information. We definitely recommend to book for a stay with family.

Great Location And Great Service
Reviewed By Davide Pwe have been here for two nights last weekend, service was great and location is just so convenient close to the cable car. my wife loved the sauna land with plenty of choice and relax area, kids loved the pool! Breakfast was great and even if the place has not a restaurant in house there are many good ones at reach by few minutes by foot or car. we will come back in the winter and put kids to ski school while we will enjoy mountains ourselves :)

Kindest hotel ever, great place
Reviewed By 168shelleysWe arrived after midnight with no suitcases but in this smaller hotel, Dr Koch waited up for us with the friendliest of welcomes. He also provided a great dinner, drinks and what blew me away - toothpaste and toothbrushes. It could not have been a warmer, friendlier or kinder start to a holiday. We stayed for over a week and really enjoyed the location right next to the ski lift, the charm of Ladis and the convenience of the hotel. The spa has a huge variety of options plus a pool. As for the food, it was always spot on. It is locally sourced, eggs are free range and ethical. The breakfasts, afternoon tea and dinners were perfect. Dinner was a multi course experience with an extensive salad bar, soup, starters, mains and dessert plus a great wine menu. This is a truly phenomenal place though Dr Koch is the magic which makes this hotel so special.

Excellent & Glutenfree
Reviewed By Anja BWe stayed at the Forer hotel in Feb 13. We recommend this hotel and would love to return to this relaxing environment. Our family room was very clean and spacious. The welness area was great... Our son needs to eat glutenfree. We were able to enjoy our holiday 100% since the hotel always arranged everything for him without asking. In the afternoon, there even was home-made glutenfree cake ! When we were there, there were 4 more glutenfree guests. There is a kids room with toys and our kids also enjoyed the jacuzzi ofcourse. Furthermore no kids activities, which is not needed when you're on the slopes all day ! The family really makes you feel welcome .... It was our second visit to the skiregion Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. In this fantastic area, there are at least 4 restaurants on the slopes where you can eat glutenfree.

FAMY SKI TRIP TO VAYA, LADIS
Reviewed By fionalK9047SGWe booked the Vaya Ladis hotel through Sunweb as part of our skiing package. It was more expensive than our usual accomodation, but well worth the money. We had half board accommodation, the breakfast was fabulous buffet style and dinner 4 courses with several choices of 'posh' food. They even catered for my son who has severe allergies. All totally superb. The spa/pool area was just what was needed after a hard day on the slopes. We spent most early evenings in the bar being looked after by the friendly bar tender (apologies, we didnt get his name, although we know he had spent time in Derby in the Uk) who 100% made our evenings by chatting to myself and my boys and making them feel important. An amazing member of the team. All the staff, without exception were polite, helpful and made our holiday a superb exoerience. Thank you Vaya we will be back.
