Reviewed By Pathfinder48263This is the second time I have used this small family run hotel. The rooms are clean and well presented. It's in a convenient position to walk into the centre of town and I agree with the previous reviewers comment about it being a quiet area. The menu while not extensive, provides good value for money. I intend to stay here again on my next visit. There is a pleasant outside courtyard with a covered seating area in which to relax (certainly in the summer!) I highly recommend checking this hotel out if you intend visiting Kremenchuk. :)

Reviewed By Safdar TSparkly clean and very well managed hotel. Response of front desk staff is superb. Hardly took two minutes to check in. Very friendly staff, spacious rooms, neatness and hospitality at its best. Stayed here for the second time and wish to stay again. Highly recommend for short and long stay. It's location is excellent as it is near to river, park and market.

Для приезжающих и вызывающих такси на этот адрес отмечу, что диспетчеры знают этот адрес под названием "Французская булочная" - она там была,но года 3-4 назад. Про отель. Контингент жильцов непонятен - одинокие мужчины молодого и среднего возраста, летом ходили полуголыми по зданию в любое время суток. От центра и пляжа далековато по меркам Кременчуга. Два этажа, есть общая кухня с холодильниками, утюг на ресепшен. За номер мы платили 400 гривен в сутки. В номере - кондиционер (капающий на коврик под ним), холодильник, шкаф, чайник, набор стаканов и тарелок с приборами. С/у совмещённый, душевой уголок со шторой - горячая вода не всегда идёт с хорошим напором, сантехника старая. Бельё нормальное, матрас неудобный, подушка жидковата для меня. Окна пластик, закрываются с трудом, сетка на правом. Шумоизоляция удовлетворительная. Есть телевизор, каналы разные. В номере и отеле чисто, вход по звонку у двери. Wi-Fi отличный, берёт даже на улице метров за десять до здания. Недалеко Макдоналдс, минут десять пешком. На параллельной уличке есть кафе Сафари с бизнес-ланчем. Рядом с отелем мойка и небольшой автосервис. Нормальное бюджетное место, но в этом же районе можно за эти деньги снять двухкомнатную квартиру.

European? I'm puzzled
Reviewed By SyNaNicI did not really like this hotel. It is located quite far from the city center. Its website indicates that the room should have a mini-safe - it was not. Upon arrival, the concierge said that there is a bottle of water in the room (at a charge) - in fact, it was not. Room minibar was empty. There is black mold in the shower cabin at the corners, rust on the metal accessories (for cosmetics) of the shower cabin. The dust does not seem to be rubbed at all. During my stay, I observed dust on the basis of the bedside lamp - the same. The elevator is located so that it is necessary to go through most rooms on the 1st floor, so the rooms on the first floor are unlikely quiet. The elevator was cold and smelled bad. There isn`t any information about the type of breakfast on the hotel website and booking sites, but during my stay the breakfast was continental, level barely 3 star hotel. I would not say that the staff were very friendly. Thus, in terms of room cleanliness, breakfast quality, lack of a declared mini-safe and empty minibar in the room, the hotel, in my personal opinion, does not attract either 4 star level or characteristic “European”. It seems like the hotel was built as a "European", and the Soviet era climbed into its operation. I recommend to pay attention to the removal of dust in the rooms and cleanliness of shower cabin. It`s a good idea to fill the minibar (at least with bottles of water) and install mini-safe in the room (or remove wrong information from the website). From the positive: interior of the room is nice; it was very warm in the room; comfortable linens (nothing special or great, but comfortable); room, bathroom and shower cabin were all spacious; a wide selection of TV channels; parking for cars.

Nicer from outside than inside
Reviewed By Tania LThis is new hotel, which looks very attractive from outside, yet my room was a bit of disappointment. I had suite (which is quite affordable) with two rooms. While there was clear attempt at interior design, the overall feeling is that room is ones but cheap. The bathroom is extremely small, though new and clean. So if you are size 44 and up - expect discomfort. There is fridge and two TVs, however, overall power outlets are limited so you virtually have to choose between lights and telephone charger. In addition if you are oversensitive sleeper, there is fire alarm which beeps every 5 min or so. It did not bother me but I cen imagine some people get ing crazy about it. Breakfast is served individually - yogurt, cheese, sausage, salad, some meat, juice.

Free breakfast at a time you want. Helpful receptionist who will type into computer to translate what she wants to say into English.
