Unser Hotel ist ein Traditionshaus seit 1897. 1982 wurde der Stammhaustrakt erneuert und 2002 mit Zubau des Wellnesslandes und der Zimmertypen "Urlaubsstudio" und "Familienappartement" erweitert. 2011 sind die Stammhauszimmer neu ausgestattet und vergrößert worden, der Wellnessbereich wurde durch einen Ruheraum ergänzt. Das Hotel wird vom Ehepaar Anni und Anton Guggenberger mit Tochter Manuela als Familienbetrieb sehr persönlich geführt. Sohn Hannes betreibt die gleichnamige Zimmerei im Ort. Der Wohlfühlfaktor und die angenehme Urlaubsatmosphäre, sowie der zuvorkommende Service und die ausgezeichnete Küche liegen der Gastgeberfamilie sehr am Herzen. Reviewed By SteenPSGreat service, Nice Food, frendly staff and absolutely a wonderfull nature. Great for the kids also with playground and animals. Included entrence to Wasserworld in Wagrain, free bikes etc. Our room needed some airvent, but all in all a wonderfull week.

The love to detail can be seen and felt in each room. The restaurant, the bar and the fireplace room offer a wonderful area to relax, to indulge culinary tastes and generally enjoy the atmosphere. Very important for us is our kitchen. With a lot of love we prepare your food mainly with local products. Our aim is to prepare for you pure and healthy food. Of course we love to prepare you vegetarian or vegan food. We have renovated our Wellness and Sauna area to get you more place to relax. On warm summer days you may enjoy the heated swimming pool in a romantic green lawn, a shaded terrace and the possibility to Barbecue under our trees with a beautiful view to the mountains.
Great Family and skiing holiday
Reviewed By dih25We and our (grown up) kids spent a week there in January 2018 and enjoyed perfect hospitality and delicious food. New feature: Cinema room to what movies with your family! All set in the mids of spectacular nature: A any rate visite the "Jägersee" in Winter, not to speak about the nice Hunters Inn there.

Very cozy and clean hotel with lovely staff
Reviewed By Daniel TVery nice and clean hotel. The staff is very friendly and helps a lot with tips what to do. The breakfast is very good and the spa area is nice and has everything you need. The location of the hotel is very nice next to a small river and you will always have a view to the moutains. We are very satisfied with our stay. Only disadvantages: The beds a very hard and you have to pay for WLAN (5 Euros per day) and you get only one account.

Reviewed By HanshjaThey have apartments and rooms. In the building there is a wellness, breakfast (€10) and dinner (€17) are in the hotel next door. Rooms are basic but good. Pet friendly. Good place to do walking trails and go to the Jagersee (see other review).

comfortable pension in Kleinarl, Salzburg In our breakfast hotel you will spend your vacation in the middle of the green in summer and 100m from the Ski lift in Winter and close to the city centre. The familiar ambience, the brighten and friendly rooms and appartments and the wellness are including a sauna are just a few amenities for your holiday experience!

Reviewed By Wolfgang DWir haben zum wiederholten Mal 1 Woche Schiurlaub dort verbracht - es werden sehr schöne Fewo's angeboten und auch Zimmer mit Frühstück. Wir hatten ein Zimmer - sehr geräumig und gemütlich mit allem was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Das Haus ist perfekt auf Familienschiurlaub eingestellt, z.B mit Schuhraum inkl. beheizbarem Schuhständer, Schiraum, uriger Gartensauna und für Kinder gibt es auch Tiere auf dem Hof. Der Weg zum Schilift beträgt ca 200 m und ist somit zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir werden wieder buchen!

In unterschiedlichen Ferienwohnungen verbringt man einen erholsamen Urlaub auf dem Biobauernhof im hinteren Talabschnitt des Kleinarltals. Auf Wunsch kann ein leckeres Bauernhoffrühstück, im modernen Haupthaus gebucht werden. Herzlich serviert werden Produkte des Milchhofs sowie Eier und Wurst aus eigener Haltung. Wir würden herzlich umsorgt und gehen uns auf den Sommer wieder im Schwabhof... Vielen Dank und auf bald

Reviewed By horeckMevrouw Rohrmoser ontvangt je met Oostenrijkse gastvrijheid en als je gelukt hebt met zelfgemaakte apfelstrudel en schnaps. De dakapartementjes zijn klein maar van alle gemakken voorzien die je nodig hebt om een wintersportvakantie te houden. Er is een sauna en je kunt gebruik maken van de serre waar je ook tegen betaling kunt ontbijten. De Oberrainweg kan soms een probleem zijn om te berijden als de sporen verijsd zijn.

Reviewed By Familienurlaub11Mittlerweile sind wir Stammgäste, weil es uns beim Stockhambauer in Kleinarl so gut gefällt. Wer einen schönen Bauernhofurlaub in Salzburg machen möchte, ist dort genau richtig. Die Familie Gwehenberger ist super nett, der komplette Bauernhof ist sehr kinderfreundlich. Überall gibt es ein Abenteuer zu entdecken. Die Kinder können viel über Tiere und die Zusammenhänge zwischen Milch, Käse und vielen weiteren Dingen lernen.
