Hiçbir covid önlemi yoktu, herkes maskesizdi. Yemekler çok kötüydü, bir çorba söyledim su gibi geldi, sandviç söyledim ekmeği bayattı. Odası çok soğuktu. Klima sıcak hava vermiyordu. Teknisyen geldi, sıcaklık bu kadar diyip gitti. Yeni bir otel olmasına rağmen çarşaflar çok eskiydi ve pisti. Yenilerini istedim. Saç Kurutma makinesi arızalıydı... Kısacası çok büyük bir hayal kırıklığıydı benim için. Açıkçası yorumlara bakarak gelmiştim ama 1 günüm berbat geçti. Sizlere de bilgi vermek istedim...

Reviewed By 816zarinakBest hotel in Kocaeli It was my first stay here. Stayed for two nights. I think it's definitely one of the best hotels in Kocaeli. Reception and check in: went very smoothly. I wasn't offered welcoming drinks though. The staff are very friendly, attentive and professional. Rooms: very modern, spacious, very clean, and well equipped. The decor is very simple and classy as well. The room has iron board and iron in the room. The view was dull though (it was raining and maybe this fact added to the impression) All drinking cups were in plastic bags- very hygienic- thanks for that. The spa/pool area: very modern and very clean. My special thanks to Ali bey from spa/pool zone. Very kind, polite and ptofessii al staff, the kind of person thak makes everyone around him feel good with his positive attitude toward work. Ali bey, thank you for your professionalism and keep up good work! Breakfast: food choice was not super great. But it was enough to have a decent though modest breakfast. I regret the property doesn't have coffee machine. It would be nice to have it) They provide masks and disposable gloves which I really appreciate. Service was good and staff were also professional. Hygiene: Special thanks for taking special care of hygiene. I had a feeling that this hotel is very committed to cleanliness and hygiene Although many restrictions in Turkey are lifted now this hotel still adheres to sanitart rules. All cups in the room were in plastic bags. They provide masks and gloves in the dining I will definitely come back again and recommend this properly to others.

Great for families & couples
Reviewed By KaganYOMany hotels in the area host middle eastern families, most of the hotels ask for marriage certificate which is very absurd but this hotel doesn't have this type of discriminatory procedure. The staff was extraordinarily helpful and polite compared to a 3-star hotel. Foods were extremely delicious and there were many different variants both in the dinner and breakfast buffets! Right on the way to the ski resorts, plateaus, camping sites, viewpoints, cafes and restaurants, and also close to the creeks and lakeside picnic areas. Hotel's manager was a young fella, who had a deep knowledge about the town. He advised me a very nice mountain & city view restaurant in the evening to go for a drink! Pros + Rich breakfast buffet + Rich dinner buffet + Extremely polite and helpful staff + Very new, and modern interior design + Fresh rooms and bathroom + Complimentary toiletries, bottles of water, Nescafe and tea bags + Distance to main attractions + Very large garden with beautiful bird nests on the trees + Alcoholic beverages can be ordered at the restaurant & rooms (most hotels in the area don't offer this service) + Free car park Cons - Thin walls (can easily hear a neighbor when they speak loudly) - I called the reception to complain about a noisy neighbor but no actions were taken (I suppose they never called the room since I could hear their talk but their phone never rang) - Quite expensive SPA services compared to Istanbul 3-4 star hotel SPAs (A 60-minute massage costs 200 TL) - No free hammam usage, no indoor swimming pool (since the hotel deserves to be a 4 star but I assume due to no indoor swimming pool, they got 3 stars only)

Reviewed By eng_rmaVery nice hotel, we had a wonderful holiday. This is our third time here. Very friendly staff. We felt like home. We had the garden rooms at the first time, wide rooms and fantastic views. The second time we had the rooftop rooms with jacuzzi.. Amazing experience!!!

Fakat daha önce yorum yapılmaması ve pek fazla fotoğrafları olmaması nedeniyle gidip gitmemekte tereddüt etsekte gelince gördük ki gerçekten güzel bir yer. Otel yeni ve temiz. Personeli Güler yüzlü ve samimi. Kafa dinlemek için harika izole bir yer. Şehire uzak. Eksikleri ise kahvaltıda zamanı geçmiş paket tereyağı ve bal vermeleri. Bizden önce banyo temizliğinin pek iyi yapılmaması ve odada buz dolabı olmaması ?

Reviewed By Damla Dişletme sahibi çok ilgili kahvaltısı çok güzel kuş sesleri herşey şahane ama duşlar çok az akıyor bu bir sorun ve en önemli sorun koltuk sedir vb bir yer olmaması. odada da yok çardakların içerisinde de yok. çardaklara indiniz ve oturmak istediniz sadece sandelye var uzun süre oturamıyorsunuz keşke çardakların içerisine sedir gibi köşe koltuğu gibi yerler yapılsa . Bunun dışında gerçekten tekrar gideceğimiz bir yer ama bu sebepten vazgeçiyoruz.

nice hotel in an amazing place
Reviewed By Mansoureh83We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is close to Masukiye falls and restaurant. It is a very nice and quiet hotel. Our room had a great view of Sapanca Lake. We were two girls and we felt so safe. Staff was so friendly and helpful. We also had dinner there and we liked it. We went by car, The parking is small but it is in front of the hotel.
