Previamente habíamos estado en contacto con el representante de la operadora y pedimos específicamente una caminata exigente. La comunicación parecía estar claro hasta la noche previa a la caminata en donde nos dijeron que íbamos a estar solos. Al día siguiente fue una sorpresa descubrir que íbamos en grupo de 4 personas más y claramente con niveles de físico distintos. Además nos enteramos que a varios individuos en el grupo les hicieron descuento por ser grupo mientras que a nosotros no. No nos parece que una operadora sea deshonesta con clientes que han sido claros desde el principio. En Jardín hay varias operadoras que ofrecen los mismos servicios y que tal vez tienen mejor tacto con sus clientes. We arranged to do the most difficult hike: El Salto del Angel y la Cueva de los Guacharos. We had been in contact with the representative of the tour agency prior to arriving in Jardin. From the beginning we were very clear in our desires to do a difficult hike since we are experienced trekkers. The night before the hike we were told that we would be the only ones; to our surprise the following day we found ourselves in a group with 4 extra people who had different fitness levels. Additionally, we found out that some of the group members were given a discount since it was a group while we never received this treatment. We do not appreciate this type of dishonesty and would have preferred to have all the correct information from the beginning in order to make an informed decision for a quite overpriced hike. There are other tour operators in town who offer the same service so if you prefer to be told the truth go with another operator. The hike itself is very beautiful and highly recommended.

Reviewed By Ferry222Het hotel ligt aan de rand van het dorp. Prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Rust en stilte gegarandeerd. In 10 minuten loop je naar het centrale plein. Ontbijt is heerlijk, apart reserveren en betalen. Prima bedden, een goede warme douche en veel ruimte op de kamer. Personeel super aardig en behulpzaam. Wat lastig te vinden, maar het adres is carrera 2a, calle 16. Het ligt aan het eind van een klein rijtje huizen.

The most friendly and dedicated stuff took care of all our need. I highly recommend this hotel! i just love it. Just amazing!
Reviewed By David SAfter staying in a backbacker hostel in the centre of Jardin, my wife and I wanted to stay somewhere a little more quiet and scenic that was not too far from town. We checked online and really liked the look of this place and upon arrival we could not have been more happy. The place is stunning and completely peaceful. All the rooms have a balcony with chairs and hammocks which was great. The host, Maria, is probably one of the nicest hosts we have ever met. She could not have been more accomadating or sweet to us. The facilities here are very good. Hot showers, great internet and decent local breakfasts for 10000 COP. The house is very close to some awesome trekking routes and only about 5 mins walk from town. Added to that, Maria has a really lovely dog and cat which have only added to the experience for us. We would highly recommend staying here - You won't regret it. Dave and Jenny x

Reviewed By Laura LEs un famihotel muy hogareño, la atención de Doña Rocio es la mejor. Es muy atenta y el servicio es excelente. Su ubicación es muy buena (cerca al parque), tranquilo y acogedor. El desayuno es muy casero, excelente para vivir un experiencia muy real de lo que es Jardín. Sus recomendaciones de que visitar son las mejores. Este famihotel es la mejor opción para descansar en Jardín.

Ok stay in Jardin
Reviewed By nedguldenGood location, friendly and helpful host. Stayed here at the start of the Corona pendemic, just as everything started to shut down. Property is sell situated, at the edge of town. Unfortunately there is construction going on at 2 buildings across the street therefore noisy from dawn to dusk. Small bathroom. Had to ask for cleaning service after a few days. No breakfast.
