The hotel staff are just great friendly and helpful and do there very best to ensure your holiday is the best ever .A special mention for George the life guard,Mustafa in the jewellery shop,Baha in the bar,Isaac on outside bar,and all the waiters and waitresses.

We arrived early hours of the morning, from the moment we stepped into the hotel to the moment we left we have both received 10/10 service. Everyone goes above and beyond, so friendly and helpful. The waiters would not let you walk to your table without carrying your plate, pulling out your chair or leaving your glass empty. The service from the waiters is so special and we formed some friendships I will keep with me forever. A big shout out to Ulgar, Baris, Suleyman, Sardar, Ramzan, Ahmed, Idger, Barrat,, Serkan. The first night was my boyfriends 30th birthday and Mazlum arranged for a cake and candles to be brought out, my boyfriend was touched by this and it honestly started off our holiday on such a high. The food is also delicious and so beautifully displayed, we never got bored of the food and a massive thank you again to Ulgar and Barris who cleaned and removed the bones from our fish! So caring and respectful. The boys had a nickname for each other and wouldn’t pass each other without saying jaaaaa rule!! The barstaff made the best cocktails, shots and would make special drinks depending on your tastes buds. Thank you again for all your hard work. Ahmet, Mohammad, and Ismael were so attentive and went above and beyond for your desires and needs. Everns energy is unmatched, he is so positive and funny. The front of house staff was also so friendly and approachable always greeting us when we left and entered. They also helped us upgrade our room so we had the beautiful, breathtaking view of the seafront. Thank you to Umar, devrim. The cleaner was also sooooooo lovely and kind she helped us transfer our stuff when we changed rooms and cleaned our rooms every day, setting up creative displays on our beds. The night staff were also so happy and friendly.. thank you to Halil and Mete who showed us his motorbike skills. Also thank you to Layla the sweet young girl in the coffee company. The elite world manager was also very friendly and always greeted us whenever we saw him. We woukd like to thank all the staff in all the restaurants/bars/coffee bar/Lemon bar/pool staff and entertainment team for making our holiday so special. Every member of staff in all sections of this hotel are so friendly and helpful. We met some great people and had some fantastic evenings with lots of fun and laughter and will hopefully meet up with some of them again next year!!!!! A perfect family holiday
Reviewed By KT07WEYJulian Forest is a place my partner and I have visited previously back in 2014 as a couple with no kids and we really enjoyed it. This time we returned with our own son (3) along with friends and their young children 2,2 and 5. Furthermore my Mum, Sister, Nice, Brother and his partner were also convinced this was the place to visit, so pretty much the whole family with a huge age range !! We was not disappointed with how much we had hyped the place up. We spent 2 week there and had the best time. Upon our previous visit in 2014 the hotel had now expanded and had 2 blocks, we chose to stay in Blok B more for nostalgia as it was the place we have stayed originally, the main difference between the blocks is block A is on the side of the main pool and entertainment so naturally louder, but not unbearable, where as block B is a lot quieter and also offers a upgrade in room décor along with aircon in both the living rom and Bedroom as apposed to the bedroom only in block A. All of the staff seem to have a personal touch and their attention to detail was 2nd to none, we utilized all of what the hotel had to offer. So the day started with breakfast, a fair array of choice to suit all, both hot and cold and service was excellent. The waiting on staff where very attentive a special mention for Hassan who on a daily basis looked after us. At 10am the main bar opens where Firat and his ever smiling face greets you to tend to your needs though the day, what a guy he is nothings too much trouble for this young lad. Our kids had him harassed with mocktails and other drinks every half an hour but his happy go lucky outlook was very infectious, spent many a time having a chat to him about his life, the world etc and he's a credit to Julian and his family. The entertainment staff arrive around the same time to the main pool in block A and what a team it is. Led by Alex with Funky, Hamzat and Eddie all bouncing off each other while Scooby and Bella provide an exceptional kids club, no 2 days are the same. Morning dances and team games consisting of French bolus, Water polo and Aqua gym all featured and with no massive pressure to be involved, sometimes just watching was as fun, as the team put there own spin on things. Entertainment breaks at about 1230 until 1430 and both the lunch and snack bar open with some great choices. At 1430 the Entertainment team reappear with even more energy and the afternoon continued with wacky games and sketches self designed and delivered, this carries on until about 5pm. If you do want things more relaxing the pool around block B offers a great alternative, with no entertainment/games. A peaceful retreat with great views of the surrounding mountains. The buffet Dinner is served from 1900 with reasonable choices and there is also a 3 course Al a carte menu over on Block B for an additional £15 pp surcharge. The kids disco kicks off about 2030 with Bella and Scooby filling the time with memorable dances for both young and old. They then take the kids off to the night time kids club 2100-2300 a great chance to get a bit of you time while the kids continue the fun this is at a cost £5 for the 2 hours, very good value if you ask me. Just ask those who pay nursery fees !! Bingo then starts about 2130 at a cost of £5 with quick whited Alex calling the numbers in his own unique way, just don't admit if you on need one number !! Alex's outgoing character, is a very special part of Julian Forest charm. His understanding of English and his impressions of many of the UKs accents will have you laughing at the same jokes evert night. His dry "English like" humor is very funny. There are additional games through the day and I did hear people moaning from open the box, football card, along with bingo and the night kids club all costing £5 a go I appreciate if you play them all it adds up but the guys are not pushy. For those unaware the average basic wage for these guys isn't life changing so please see your contribution more of a tip for the brilliant performances they put on daily. If your looking for a hotel that offers the chance to recharge in a different way regardless of your age or if you have children or not and If you don't take things too serious and up for a laugh it's certainly the place for you !! Finally there are additional things to do all of which are optional but we did them all and loved it. My wife and I loved The Turkish bath with Sinan sorting a good price for us. We also visited the on site salon for a blow dry, Turkish shave, hair cut and pedicure amongst other things. The photographer Jack took many snaps of the family over the 2 weeks and although we had our own photos the quality of his where worth the purchase for £80 for over 250 digital images again like many things in this hotel the time he puts jn to his work is well worth it. We visited the gold centre chaperoned by Elaine where the quality and cost was far more impressive than the UK. I wish I'd known that they do repairs too, so if you having existing items that need attention take them, their on site workshop allowed for the wife's wedding bands to be re-dipped and a missing stone replaced all within the hour.

Perfect hotel
Reviewed By emwar70This is our 3rd visit to the Doruk and it did not disappoint. From the wonderful friendly staff to the excellent rooms and facilities we had a fabulous holiday. We were treated like family, everyone is smiling and happy to make your holiday the best it can be. We stayed in a sea view suite and the views are superb. The food in the restaurant is very good but there is no pressure to eat there as in some hotels. The location is perfect, right near to umbrella street and 2 mins to the beach and 5-10 mins to Dolphin Square. There are excellent restaurants in Icmeler from familiar dishes to traditional Turkish cuisine for all budgets, although still inexpensive compared to the UK. I am reluctant to recommend the Doruk only because we want to keep our little bit of paradise to ourselves!!

The rooms had an very good view of the sea, canal and surrounding country side They were clean and tidy with a daily maid service. The staff at this hotel are all well trained, courteous and cant do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble always willing to help with anything. This applies from top to bottom. The food was exceptional for a 3 star always a wide and varied menu to suit every ones taste the barbeque area especially. The bar was well run with a large range of local alcohol available from 10:00 till 23:00. The whole atmosphere of the place is that of one big happy family The Fortuna Family. We will be returning here again in September 22 and again in 23

Ideally located on the seafront promenade it's no wonder the Marmaris Park is popular with everyone. Take a swim off the platforms and jetties, or just lie back and take in the Turkish sun. Elsewhere, there's plenty to keep sporty types busy from tennis to volleyball. A playground and kids' club will keep the little ones amused. At night you could head out by bus or enjoy a gentle stroll to soak up the vibrant nightlife in Içmeler. The complex consists of a main hotel building and bungalow blocks within the hotel grounds. This hotel is not suitable for those with mobility difficulties. Honeymooners receive complimentary sparkling wine and fruit on arrival. On the beachfront promenade that runs between Içmeler and Marmaris. 2km from Içmeler resort centre with nightlife, bars, restaurants and shops. 50m to bus stop with regular service to Içmeler.

Reception, Restaurant and Housekeeping were great, food and drinks are excelente for all inclusive package. And a very nice SPA, we did massage and Turkish Bath for 5 Times with Efrain. Very professional.
