We also have one second floor family room with 3 beds for up to 6 guests! Downtown is just a round the corner! Pets NOT allowed.

She walked us threw it and we thought this would be a great place to stay. We were wrong. We drove straight in from manitoba, 26 hour drive, and we were looking forward to a nice place to rest. When we got there we were told that they did not have our booking. I was so confused as the money had already been paid. The person at the front desk kept telling us that it was booking.coms fault but we got the confermation email from booking.com and an email from the hotel itself the day we were to stay there asking us for an e.t.a of arrival. I was not happy as we now had no place to stay and everything was booked up. We were then told by the person at the desk ,( pretty sure it was the owner) that they had vaccant rooms but they were not clean so thats why our booking was canceled. He the had the nerve to tell us that if we couldnt find anything else we could stay in their hotel and clean the room ourselves!! He even told us he would give us clean linen so we could make the bed!! And we would still have to pay!!! I have never been so discusted in my life!

Great little place to stay
Reviewed By 195170When looking for a place to stay overnight on our way to the Okanagan this was one of the few places available. Sceptical of staying in a motel we saw the good reviews about this one. It was perfect. Very clean and roomy. Remodelled, so even though it may be an older place it was great. Best thing for us as seniors was that all the rooms were on ground level..no stairs to navigate! Very pleasant fellow when we checked in as well. Will certainly stay there again.

Then he asked my wife where we were going and she said Alberta He replied, "why would anyone go there". Not to mention the pubic hair on the toilet seat, in the tub and behind the toilet. The clerk bragged that this was the cleanest room in Hope, BC. Well, we hope there are cleaner rooms with much better service from people who don't try to gouge you in Hope, BC. Would not recommend anyone staying here that wants to sleep as the workers all get up at 5:00 AM and they don't care about slamming things and talking outside your door at the top of their lungs. Never been so disappointed.

Cheap but not clean
Reviewed By frugs33I was disappointed to find the room was not clean. There was a fingernail on the sink and the cabinets and kitchen items have not been cleaned in a long time. In normal times, I would forgive the dirty kitchen. It looks like nobody had used the dishes or appliances in years. They claim the check in/check out hours are reduced because they are cleaning more due to Covid 19, but our room was definitely not cleaned up to standard. The furnishings are rustic which didn't bother me. The train goes thru town frequently so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. It was okay for a one night stay, but there are a lot of motels in Hope so I will look elsewhere next time.

The key was a literal key and the rooms were dated. The floor was separating and there were patch jobs everywhere. There was an indoor pool that looked like it could of been fun but we didn't use it.

Reviewed By F4670NQsaeedaWe were there on confirmed booking through booking.com I had a conversation with the Raj, the owner, on the phone and through the messages to confirm if we could arrive earlier then check in time and he responded. However, when we arrive they did not have any booking for us. Staff member said that he does not see my name on the excel sheet but he has my reservation on the system. Staff called Raj. Raj showed up 20 minutes while we waited. Raj said that they had a system issue due to which they could not see the reservations. I asked Raj the reservation was made almost 10 days ago and you put your reservation on the excel sheet. So how can it be missed. The least I expect is a courtesy call about the issue. Raj said he is not going to charge me. Completely showing disregard to the fact I was with the family and we did not have a place to stay for the evening. Raj said that it is not problem since the system went down. However, the staff showed me my reservation. I believe the room is double booked and where they can get higher price they give the room to that customer. Raj mentioned that confirmation from booking.com does not mean anything since it is just system generated. I would not recommend this place at all to trust. There were couple places we went and asked for room and one place told us that I was the third customer who had similar issue from the same Inn Towne Motel. This place should be investigated for their booking practices.
