Reviewed By 1974RoneyLocated an easy 10 minute walk from old town. This hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle (noise) of the old town. Hotel amenities are great, pool, day spa complimentary bikes and access to a beach chair at nearby by beach An Ong beach via Deckhouse Cafe/Restaurant. Breakfast offered excellent selection of Asian and Western foods, fresh and plentiful. Rooms were very spacious and clean, balcony was a nice size to enjoy drink on. Customer service was excellent from start to finish, my elderly Mum became unwell and an English speaking Doctor was arranged within 30mins. If I had to find a negative it was machine coffee not included with Breakfast.

She is very helpful and attentive to customers She has pleasant personality as she is able to hand customer very well.. During breakfast, she would recommend us what local cuisine to try . She also helped us to book a taxi from the hotel to Danang She really makes our stay in Hoi An a memorable one. We would also like to thank another staff, Tung , for helping us to check in. The overall service is excellent, we will definitely recommend our friends to stay here...

Reviewed By ATaylor28This hotel was great, we stayed in a duplex which had enough space for a family of four and a lovely balcony looking onto the lake for when we needed some quiet time. Due to covid shutting everything down for two years this hotel had only just opened again, like much of Hoi an, so there weren't many tourists which meant the spa and restaurant weren't open yet (hence why only four stars) but what we did experience was warm, welcoming attentive staff who couldn't do enough for us. They have mopeds for hire and free bike rental, which we utilized for a few days out, further afield, and cycling into hoi an. They also had a shuttle service into hoi an too, for. A lovely place to stay if you want some peace and quiet and a little further out of hoi an (20min bike ride).

BUT this is not a 5 star resort- I’d say 3 star at the very most if not 2 star. The hotel needs renovated and the breakfast needs thrown out and start again. There are much better hotels for the same of less money in the area.

Friendly staff from the chef and waiter, waitress and the receptionist (short hair). Nevertheless, the room cleaning is bad. There is a big stain on the curtains and seem they keep it for new guests coming. The price is high and you should check carefully before check in please. Moreover, the sofa and the area is at the pool dirty too. You will have beautiful pictures with this view but if you want to sit and take a look around, you cant imagine ?♀️

They offer breakfast with a purchase or I assume if you pay for a better room than we did. Has a pool though I didn’t use it.

Although considerably cheaper than our following hotel stays in Vietnam, we were blown away by the service and the attentive and friendly staff. Lan, Lenh and Ngân were all fantastic, as well as all the other staff we interacted with. We particularly liked Ngân’s Vietnamese Iced Coffee recommendation at breakfast in The Temple restaurant. The pools are so nice - a total of four to choose from and at times we had the large infinity pool that looks over the neighbouring paddy fields all to ourself. Overall the value for money was unbeatable with beers and food not costing the same or. Or much more than in the old town. Thanks to everyone at La Siesta for a great start to our honeymoon, the other resorts have a lot to live up to!
