We were even provided with towels for a trip to the hot pools and were able to request a complementary newspaper. Will return on our next visit to Hamner Springs.

Great Breakaway
Reviewed By David RMy wife and I had a 2 night breakaway on an accommodation , dinner and breakfast deal. We had a deluxe room with spa. The value was great and the service brilliant. We had an issue and it was dealt with immediately and the issue solved. The room was spacious and comfortable and came with a very good Sky TV, with most channels. The robe and slippers a great touch. Not a lot to do if you did not have a car to get you to the main part of Hanmer Springs but a Great place to unwind.

Fantastic Hotel without the silly price
Reviewed By Jacqui_D_03The room was clean, warm and quiet and had all the usual extras plus more (tea, coffee percolator, fridge, wine glasses even a corkscrew. The bathroom had bottles of shampoo, conditioner and bodywash and hairdryer. We were able to regulate heating which was great on frosty cold mornings. TV with sky and netflix. Kitchen where you could make meals with a great selection of everything you would need. Open fire was beautiful. Host friendly and informative.

Just a short walk from the village centre, (short incline, but worth it) for beautiful views right outside the window! The pictures don’t do it justice. There was a last minute cancellation so our room was kindly upgraded. Jill and Dave were lovely hosts and even with the rainy weather - it didn’t matter because we hardly wanted to leave the accomodation! Would definitely be back for a visit next time we are in Hanmer :)

All of our units are spacious, each with a sunny veranda and a lovely garden view. Only a 5 minute stroll to all that the Village has on offer - the Thermal Pools, cafes and great restaurants. Our complex is comprised of 4 one-bedroom units, 2 two-bedroom units and 3 studio units, all of which are serviced daily. We have free Wi-Fi and free towels for use at the thermal pools.

Reviewed By ChapadoI stayed two nights in this very nice motel. The one bedroom unit was very clean, comfortable en warm and had everything you could wish for. Lots of parking space available. The location is great with only a few minutes walking distance to the pools and shops/restaurants. The host was very kind en helpful (thank you Katie :) ) I would certainly recommend and book again.

What a great surprise
Reviewed By DavemcwnzMy wife and I decided to stay at this accommodation based on a random search online. We had no expectations but when we arrived we were captivated by the place. The birdsong is amazing. We were going to have dinner at a local place but we decided to use the bbq that came with the chalet because of how great we felt being at The Rocks. The chalet is so private and spacious. The bed was great. We liked how they had everything necessary in the kitchen. The attention to detail is inspiring. I have taken lots of photos including the 50m walk to a grotto to see glow worms. These will be shared with friends
