Reviewed By glaziermediaThis town is off the beaten track. The hotels are going to all be fairly basic by international standards. The rooms are clean and the staff are all lovely and will do their very best to help you. Sure the rooms need an update. Yes the breakfast may not have the widest variety and the bathrooms are in real need of an update. My colleague got the bad deal, power cut, no hot water twice in the morning. But that aside at least if felt like I was in a place far away from home. That’s rare with the multinational chains where one hotel is exactly the same no matter where you are. So bring on the experience and enjoy the culture of your destination, it’s an adventure.

Reviewed By Mohammad Aهذا الفندق جيد, نظيف ومرتب مقارنه بغيره من نفس المستوى في نفس المنطقة. مشكله هذا الفندق وغيره من الفنادق انه/انهم لا يتيحون وقتا كافيا لعملائهم وقت الخروج كما هو الحال في الفنادق العالمية والمقصود هو ان العميل اذا أراد ساعه او ساعتين إضافيتين قبل الخروج لكي يرتب عفشه لا يسمح له الفندق بذلك الا بدفع اجر نصف اليوم او اليوم كاملا

Very average, disappointed
Reviewed By nzfoxThankfully I was only here a short time as the overall experience was very poor. Rooms are clean but old. There was no toilet tissue in the bathroom so I had to ring three people to get some and even when they arrived the guy didn’t bring any. Eventually they did but the manner and service of the staff wasn’t the best. Food was very poor also.

Very good hotel with excellent service
Reviewed By jamilaa2018I stayed with my family in this hotel for one night, although it is a small hotel, however all the services are excellent, the staff were amazing and very helpful, the lobby is nice, the walls are marble covered, I stayed in a studio which was spacious, clean and well furnished, the bed was comfortable and linens were fresh, a small kitchenette is available, the breakfast is available as a buffet but no lunch or dinner in hotel. Car park is available however limited. I will definitely visit this hotel again .

Reviewed By kabayanryanكانت تعد هذه الشقق بالافضل في حفر الباطن حاليا ارى انها لا تتعدى ٣ نجوم وهناك افضل منها وارى انها لاتستحق اكثر من مبلغ ٢٥٠ ريال يميزها وجود مطعم بالاسفل يعد من المطاعم الجيدة المراوش تهرب الماء من حوض المروش
