Comfortable stay, but missing AC
Reviewed By DerHenniOur stay was comfortable in total, but a missing AC is a no go today. During cold seasons, this is no problem for sure, but it can be in summer. The staff was friendly, the garage right beneath the hotel is not too expensive (9€ per night) and the room was refurbished and comfortable. Unfortunately the bathroom wasn't refurbished, it looked a bit outdated with some minor damages. Cleanliness was ok, the bathroom wasn't prefectly clean upon arrival. The location in the heart of Grevenbroich is good, there are several shopping ooptions, supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

Reviewed By the-pappyOnly stayed overnight to break the journey from Munich to Rotterdam. Lovely and clean, quiet, good shower, excellent food. It's a live monastery with monks quietly going about their business. The restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced. Food quality is excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. It's as you would expect at a monastery: clean, quiet and simple. Rooms have a tv, ensuite bathroom with shower. Not fancy but really nice. No double beds, only singles but these can be pushed together if needed. No wifi but what do you expect. Didn't miss it quite frankly as excellent 4G coverage. Cool atmosphere, very peaceful and relaxing. Really enjoyed it.

Reviewed By RoamingKiwi2016I really love this family hotel. Stay here 2/3 times per month. Best rooms are at the back of the hotel. Very affordable and close to the railway station for the train to Koln (Cologne) if you are attending a Show (Messe). They have their own off street parking. Excellent breakfast. No evening dinner but a good bar menu and a lovely small library nook to have a quiet beer after a busy day. They have a great pool table. Breakfast buffet is affordable and a good choice. The drive to Dusseldorf takes about 30-40 minutes depending the time of day.

Reviewed By drmarv63Das zweite Mal schon jeweil für 3 Tage habe ich dieses rustikale Hotel besucht und bin sehr zufrieden. Nette LEute und ruhige Umgebung. Es ist kein Familienhotel oder Urlaubshotel, es ist eher für Geschäftsreisende und Monteure. Mein Arbeitgeber hat mir und meinem Kollegen dieses Hotel gebucht und wir nutzten joft den Wald für einen Spaziergang. Achja, da das Hotel außerhalb der Stadt liegt sollte man ein Auto haben, denn mit Bus und Bahn ist es nicht direkt zu erreichen. Wir haben Taxi genommen, da die Kosten die Firma übernommen hat.

Die Drei Könige ist ein familiengeführte Restaurant, dass wir sehr gerne besuchen und uneingeschränkt empfehlen können, weil uns die hochwertigen Speisen sowie der inviduelle Service sehr überzeugen. Die asiatischen Vorspeisen sind ein Muss, ebenso die hervorragenden Fleisch- und Fischgerichte. Hier gibt es noch hochwertiges Essen jenseits des Restaurant Bling-Blings. Einfach wunderbar!

Reviewed By 663gustaveIch würde hier sehr freundlich empfangen und bekam ein gemütliches, sauberes Zimmer. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker und preisgünstig. Da gibts nix zu meckern. Wenn keine Messe in Ddorf stattfindet, kann man hier sehr preisgünstig eine Unterkunft finden.

Reviewed By MKI0915Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Zimmer war geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Service sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Auch vom obligatorischem Frühstück war ich angenehm überrascht.
