Gasthof Pesbichl is located about 6 km outside of Goldegg, on a large sun terrace with views of the mountains. The rooms and apartments have a balcony and are equipped with a satellite TV and WiFi. At the large breakfast buffet you will also find home made products such as bread , jams, different spreads , cheese and bacon. The restaurant is known for its fine cuisine using local products and fresh herbs. Partly meat is processed from its own farm in the kitchen. Guests can dine a la carte or book the half board 4-course menu. Amenities include a sauna, a beautiful garden with sun loungers, outdoor swimming pool and playground for the children. A bread baking course, herb walks , a pond for trout fishing and a petting zoo delight young and old alike . With your dog you can walk and hike around the house. In summer, the closely Bondlsee is ideal for swimming . The long-distance trail "Salzburg Almenweg " goes right past the inn and in the winter the cross-country trails pass nearby . The large well-known ski resorts can be reached by car in 20 minutes or take the free ski bus .
a wonderfull week in a warm and welcomed farmhouse
Reviewed By kerybarWe (6 adults and 6 children) spent a wonderful week in the Guesthouse and in the farmhouse. (mainly in the farmhouse) We enjoyed our stay very much – the surroundings were wonderful as was the house that was equipped exactly to meet all our needs, Very children friendly (trampoline, game room and of course the dogs - Rosa & Kira and the farm animals). The hospitality, services, cooking (breakfast and dinner), and baking (wonderful plumb cake) were delicious!!

Reviewed By Eveline RGoldegg is a little Gem in Austria and well worth a visit. We always stay in the "Hotel am Schloss". It has a welcoming home atmosphere and invites you to stay longer. We always stay in room 102, Spacious with a large terrace with view to the castle. Great breakfast buffet... No wishes are left open. Great hosting team! It is always a pleasure to return.

Reviewed By robin1827We had a wonderful time in Goldegg, thanks to the friendly and helpful family that owns/runs this lovely hotel. They always had ideas and recommendations, and even made sure we were able to participate in the magical Goldegg Holy Night festival. The hotel has several cozy common spaces and a small bar for relaxing, reading, or socializing. The dining room is beautiful and well appointed, and the food was just perfect, with many local and organic options. The rooms are simple but perfectly appointed, and the small spa was very nice. In season there is a small ski area just up the hill that's perfect for beginners or small children, with rentals available. Several larger ski areas are also close by. We would absolutely go back!

Excellent food
Reviewed By VennwoodVisited here in late December 2016 just after they had opened for the season. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be kind. The food was excellent and surprisingly good value for money. We sat outside for coffee as we had a dog with us and the waitress came out with blankets and sheepskin even though didn't ask or need it. Very pleasant experience. Good walking area in summer and there is a ski bus operating in winter

Reviewed By Björn HUnsere Ferienwohnung war ausgestattet mit Balkon, Wohzimmer mit Küche Bad und Gang. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hatte Brötchenservice angeboten. Frische Semmeln waren nach Vorbestellung um 7 Uhr vor unserer Tür. Das Haus liegt ca. 200 Meter über ruhig über Goldegg. Vereinzelt Häuser und etliche Wiesen rundum, wo auch ein paar Kühe grasen. Die Großeltern wohnen im Erdgeschoss und sind ebenfalls sehr nett. Wir haben uns mit unserer Tochter gegenüber den Kuhstall abends angeschaut. Ein Trampolin, Rutsch und Schaukel sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Es können Kräuter direkt am Haus für die gesunde Küche geerntet werden. Ein toller Aufenthalt im August.

Reviewed By Helga VHotel mit Schwimmteich, Garten und Blick zum Golfplatz, ruhig gelegen. Zwei Badeseen in der Nähe, viele Spazierwege. Die Gastgeberfamilie Reiter ist sehr aufmerksam und herzlich. Hund darf überall mitkommen. Perfektes Frühstück bei Schönwetter auf der Terrasse mit Buffet (Obstsalat selbstgemacht), Kaffee und warme Eiergerichte werden serviert. Abends im Freien wunderschön sitzen, zur Karte gibt es täglich Schmankerl, z.B. Ripperl, Marillenknödel. Nettes Haus sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen sicher wieder.
