Reviewed By NfunnyWe are a couple and stayed in the hotel for 5 days in the end of January 2020 for ski vacation. Travel to the hotel which is located in the center of Fuegen village from Munich took 1h 30 min. Lots of parking slots in front of the hotel. When we planned our trip I read some comments regarding loud disco bar in the evenings and nights. It was my biggest concern but was pleasantly surprised that in both buildings (the hotel has 2 buildings which are connected with underground corridor and we were set in the one across the streat where sauna is located) it was not loud at all. Room: spacious, quiet, matеress was super comfortable what is the most important indicator for me. Food: Huge-huge range of food, top quality! Every evening you have grill corner where they cook chicken, beef, pork as well as 2-3 sorts of fish. Salad buffet was presented in appr.20 different bowls plus speretizer. despite we had HB, hotel provides lunch every day from 15.00 till 17.00. Sauna: super-super-super! The sauna area is big and nicely made, like a cave. Never crowdy. Lots of lounge chairs with fantastic mountain view some of them. Several saunas (did not even count them since we used only 2 the hottest ones). Outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi was amazing.To be honest I would prefer the water 2-3 degrees warmer but anyway stayed in water for 10-15 minuts again having a view on mountains. What was surprising is that it was open until 23.00, so we used that as an opportunity to enjoy there after dinner and bar. Towels and bathrobes are provided. Overall I would say it was really above our expectations.

Superb Hotel
Reviewed By Scotney1967Brilliant hotel, the rooms are very comfortable and the food is of a very high standard. Great choice of dinners. We had room 222 which has disabled facilities and was just fantastic. The balcony is huge and views stunning. Brilliant ski room, large and warm. The staff are so good and really understand their clients needs.

Completely renovated hotel in the village center of Fügen
Reviewed By DGE2014Hotel Kosis reopened in fall 2017 after it wet through an complete renovation - formerly it was the three star hotel Sonne. Rooms, restaurants and spa is completely new in contemporary style. Very clean and very nice. Rooms are large and come with an comfy bed - all as you would expect it in a brand new hotel. The spa has three saunas - really nice. No pool. Breakfast is good as you would expect. Dinner was served as Buffet - a but soulless but still ok. Reception was a bit helpless with always queues but this is just a small downturn. Excellent choice especially given the reasonable price.

Wonderful hospitality
Reviewed By kirstenmarie22We had the most relaxing stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Fügen because we had such a wonderful place to a return to each day. Remarkable view, excellent food, and if you’re on a budget, very close to the grocery store. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts and dinner in the restaurant, and still talk about how perfect it was. I had gone with family to the museum while my husband stayed behind with our 6-month-old. A cot was delivered but he was afraid there was not enough space in our room for it and luggage. A little later, an absolutely beautiful Moses Basket was brought up. When I got back and saw him sleeping so peacefully and in such a beautiful little bed, I felt a bit emotional. I suffered from back pain due to the amount of walking we did during the trip, and found the bed very comfortable so that each morning I felt better. Hotel Edelweiss was charming. If we are lucky enough to return, we will stay there again.

Very nice Hotel, mixed quality of food
Reviewed By reise21atWe came here based on the tripadvisor rating. We had a room that is a bit larger. The room was very nice, and the service and friendlyness was excellent. The food was a bit mixed, though. On the first day we didn't see the cook, and the food was very mediocre, many thing seemed quick cooked from deep-frozen. The bread at breakfast was very old and hard to eat. Next 2 days the cook was present and everything was fine. There are a few problems with heating: some rooms are too hot, others too cold. Overall satisfied, maybe we will return.

A perfect stay
Reviewed By Dorothy154We stayed 4 nights at this family-run hotel and from when we arrived to when we left, I found nothing to fault. The hotel was quiet and beautifully decorated, which gave a warm and homely impression. The staff was friendly and very helpful and the food was excellent - breakfast and dinner. Our large double room was immaculately clean, comfortable beds with crisp cotton bedding and a large shower room. I would highly recommend this hotel, set in an region of the most spectacular scenery.

Amazing alpine apartments and facilities

The apartments were more than perfect, we were pleasantly surprised about the facilities, and the hosts (owners) were incredibly kind and welcoming. The apartment: we stayed in the smaller apartment. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped for daily cooking and included a delonghi coffee machine. The bathroom was great and very clean. Overall the interior was well decorated and very pleasant. Facilities: wonderful sauna area with 3 different sauna rooms. Relaxing atmosphere. Great pool for laps or gentle swim. The ‘sauna’ is kinda integrated with the pool so doesn’t feel like a sauna as it’s the same temperature as the pool. Decent gym, and amazing breakfast facilities - highly recommend getting breakfast here. So many more facilities. Overall loved our stay at the apartments! Couldn’t praise it highly enough.
