The breakfast was exceptionally good and the professional staff worked so very hard to cater for everyone. The service at dinner was yet again exceptionally professional and a pleasure to experience. Reviewed By MelanieGirondaThis was my 3rd visit to San Giorgio. Previous visits w my husband, this was a "Girls Trip". The hotel has everything you could possibly need. Staff that are always available and kind! Heaven Spa which is amazing w or w/o treatments, as well as a roof solarium. The location easily allows you to get to town "piazza", the actual Fiuggi Terme and all shops by foot. The room is ok! Nothing grand, but has all you need (maybe bring a couple of hangers if u hang your clothing). Full double and single hang closet w shelf, safe and drawers for intimates. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room has a mini fridge and water boiler w instant coffee and tea provided. Room has desk and TV. Each side table has an electrical plug for charging. We stayed in 210 and our small but nice balcony w small table and 2 chairs overlooked the solarium as well as the hotels garden. The bathroom has a simple box shower, bidet, sink and hair dryer. Shampoo, lotion and body wash provided. The spa is great! No silly time limit rules! They provide a hooded bathrobe that you can wear throughout the the hotel. They are great at giving new robes and towels as needed and a free locker to store whatever you may need. The main pool heated w seated air jets, standing air jets, large "cervical" neck/shoulder water fountain w power and a walk thru with air jets for leg circulation. The pool does get crowded but w 2 different sauna rooms different types of and heat level showers, small lounge w Tea and water overlooking the pool, heated water bed and another simple relax bed you no not need to be among the crowd! All around the pool are basic lounge chairs. Upstairs is a room solarium w lounge chairs outdoor showers. You can snack there! The staff will bring light snacks anywhere you ask them! We both had treatments and have no complaints, the technicians did there job! The only complaint I have is the never ending loop of Enya music piped into the rooms. If it isn't your type of music (def not mine) you can not truly relax during a massage. This same album has been on loop for years, at least all the times I've been. How about water or nature sound instead of Enya.. Please! Music is really a personal choice and some music can be grading on nerves (riverdance type while trying to relax) so natural sound would be more suitable for everyone! But when I asked the staff to turn it off (they were unable) they lowered the volume as much as possible! The lobby has various seating and sofa areas. A bar that serves everything. The breakfast room and dining room are at the far end of lobby. Tables and chairs are spread out everywhere indoors and out! The food is good is and if u don't want/like the daily menu, the waiters make sure to offer options! We had dessert delivered to our room! There is a reason asan Giorgio remains in top 3 in Fiuggi! It has everything you need and more and fair pricing. This trip i looked and visited 3 other hotels, 2 couldn't hold a candle and the 3rd was way too much for my taste but beautiful! Only infrastructure save them from getting a 1. Room service personnel and maids are instead very excellent. Overall they speak very little English

A family run hotel with over 40 years of activity. Just a short walk from the center, in a quiet location away from the noise of the local traffic. Free Wi-Fi, free parking, including buffet breakfast, parquet in room, tv lcd 22 "flat screen TV, satellite TV and safe. There are air-conditioned room or with a private balcony or hydro massage showers. Garden for sunbathing. Great for a stop during your traveling excellent place to spend a few days relaxing and enjoy the real traditional cuisine.

Reviewed By 908lidijakRooms were not modern but clean, staf was very polite in unpushy way and they helped us make the reservation in Restaurante in Rome. Head of the house doesn't speak english, just simple words. Food is good but not great (portions are small).

The worst customer service ive ever experienced
Reviewed By AxcwStayed at this hotel in may after a 31 hr coach journey we arrived, we had pre booked a meal with hotel for 20 euros, below is the photo of that meal( burnt) 15 other people on are coach complained about this meal the waiter was rude and went and got the manager her name is Anna she offered us another meal but we did not like what she offered so we asked for a refund on this meal, she wasant happy and asked us to follow her to reception so the 15 of us did only to be told we have to pay for this meal we all declined to pay as are meal was terrible, the 4 days we was there was awful, anna was rude every day we was there asking for the money for that burnt meal!! but the 15 of us refused, we dreaded getting back to hotel after are trips as she would be waiting to have a go again, are reps was no help what so ever. On the last day we was in reception waiting for are driver and she approached us again and said( if you dont pay there will be consequences for you) we could not risk that she would call the police as we all wanted to get out of that hotel,, the only thing thats good is the spa its amazing, but the manager really needs training in customer service as threatening her customers really lets this hotel down,

Also, the food was excellent, traditional Italian breakfast, with eggs on order as well. Andrea and Luca are very helpful and accommodating, and the entire staff is very friendly. Walking distance to downtown, and across the road is a dry cleaners that fold shirts, but also walking distance to a self service laundry. We stayed here for a week, as it was centrally located to visit other villages. Also, easy access to the autostrada. Also has a covered garage if needed. Highly recommend.

A fantastic Christmas 2021 in Ciociaria ( Lazio) Italy
Reviewed By JohnnyR FWe had a wonderful Christmas holiday in this very picturesque place called “Ciociaria” . Not so far from Rome exactly in the southeast toward Frosinone. We stopped in Fiuggi, famous for its spa and couldn’t find a better place: La Pipa Hotel - Ristorante. Thanks to the owner Emanuela, a very cheerful, lovely young lady, we spent 3 wonderful days. This place is great! Atmosphere is so nice and the staff was also really friendly and the service was awesome too. It was my family's 1st Christmas in a hotel. The long Christmas eve's dinner was simply delicious with the typical Italian courses of seafood, starters, pasta, fried fish and traditional biscuits and a great time with a funny Santa Claus playing "Tombola" (lottery). Very good the traditional Christmas lunch and the day after a special BBQ course for Santo Stefano (Boxing day). No doubt, a perfect quality-price ratio. We'll definitely be back maybe for Easter 2022. Highly recommended! JohnR

excellent for the money and location
Reviewed By papa6545we were at a conference in november 2008 . we were very pleased with the hotel staff, the room, the breakfast and most of all was the excellent location very close to the bus terminal. the train from rome to agnani and bus to fiuggi mad it very easty to get to the marconi hotel. less than 2 block and very little traffic to get there. the price was hard to beat . you want be disappointed if you stay there. not bad but nothing special
Reviewed By GMB95The location of the hotel is pretty good. You can walk to the restaurants, cafe' and shops quite easily. There is a parking in the hotel but also there is no problem to park on the street in front of the hotel. The room we stayed was very old and tiny but clean. The shower box was big and new, but the toilet and washbasin were quite old. Even though the bed was firm and good to sleep, as a whole we didn't like the room at all. The breakfast was normal. All staff were very friendly but we won't be staying again.
