This restaurant delivers motivation to explore gorgeous old Fiuggi pre or post dinner.
In fact the restaurant is an attraction in itself with a truly gorgeous setting and views.
Nothing disappointed and in fact everything exceeded expectations including the fabulous food with a bias on local produce, the remarkably good house wine and the superb value.
When we left, almost all tables were occupied by what seemed a local loyal following and hence I would recommend advance bookings.
BTW, we had no difficulties parking our car nearby.

Slongia, a room for all seasons and age, Irish-style, international cuisine and territory, pizza baked in a wood oven, thematic menus, selection of regional wines, a selection of beers on tap and in bottles. Private parking, just a few meters from the center. SLA'INTE for an evening to remember.

Apart from a few Guinness posters it's not your typical Irish Bar...thankfully! Really really friendly staff, very helpful explaining menu's to non-italian speakers. Great food, would recommend fillet steak, burgers and tiramisu get a big thumbs up. Nice family atmosphere, even relatively late in the evening young children are made welcome. If you're a spirit drinker beware they don't use measures!

Just off the Main Street, this little gem serves beautifully prepared, authentic cuisine at prices that are so unbelievably reasonable, you'd think they can't add up.
Stumbled on it almost by accident, and returned on 4 more consequetive evenings. On the 2nd visit we were treated like old friends. By the last evening we were family!
OK. It's really Italian, so service (when busy) is excellent, but "relaxed"; not somewhere for those in a hurry. But is Italian dining about hurrying? Not for me, anyway.
And if you're on a diet - forget it. Portions are generous.
We loved it. Hope you do too.

I dined here with a friend and had a great entrecôte cooked on a wood coal grill. Best beef I had in Italy for some time and cooked perfectly to my taste (medium rare). The grilled vegetables accompanied the meal and were likewise prepared quite well. We started with a shared antipasta of various meats. Very good and quite substantial. We accompanied the meal with nero d'avola off the wine list. Friendly service. I definitely will return the next time I am in Fiuggi.

We discovered the new bistro on one of our early evening strolls past all the bright restaurants fuiggi has to offer. In our broken Italian ( with the help of the owners 4 year old child ) we discovered a delight. The chef was happy to change some food to suit the palette of a stroppy teenager. The food was delicious , home made rustic food that was well worth the £50 for a family meal. Fillet steak cooked to perfection , melt in the mouth . Well worth a visit and just about avoids all the cliches of the Main Street menus. There are only two seats outside so don't expect a view - save this for your stroll or early afternoon gelato.

I spent 2 weeks in San lorenzo that was really good.
Apart of the beautiful and peaceful place, the family was real charming and caring that made me feel like I was born there!
Food was simply delicious all home-made with lots of different options even vegetarian, gotta be honest, never tasted such delightful veggie food!
I couldn't say it is a bad place cause I really enjoyed my stay!
I truly recommend it if you like to enjoy time for yourself and yours.

Lucia and her son were so friendly the moment we entered. She gave us an aperitif and bread with homemade pastes. Go for the Polenta cause it is so so good! Thank you so much for let us feel at home!

Abbiamo trovato questo ristorantino nei pressi di Fiuggi grazie a TripAdvisor e devo dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene, ambiente familiare, e molto economico. Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo preso come antipasto 2 supplì, e 2 pizze: bufalina e boscaiola, veramente enormi, la struttura ti dà la possibilità di scegliere tra napoletana e romana, quest'ultima è leggermente più grande, ma in generale sono veramente immense, un bottiglia di acqua e una lattina di coca-cola. Servizio non proprio velocissimo, ma d'altronde non andavamo di fretta. Prezzo finale 18 €
