I didn’t receive the membership discount & was aware they where going to fix it when checking out which never happened..all they can do is give a discount for the next visit but having all the issue Im still thinking about it the room wasn’t clean at all specially the toilet seem like they forgot to scrub it & they forgot to put towels in too .. Idk very disappointed & the floor were dirty too maybe I got a room that was clean in a hurry to just book me in ??♀️ & the mattress was super hard I woke up kinda sore ?

Reviewed By Kelly RWe stayed at the Hotel Cortez for two nights for our anniversary trip. The staff are friendly and customer service oriented. The rooms were clean and secure parking was a plus. The hotel decor is modern and unique. Hotel Cortes is one the quieter end of First Street in Ensenada. We would definitely stay there again!

Still, we loved our stay and recommend this hotel. There are just a few hurdles.

So no TV in the evening. I'm booked here for 3 more nights but I'm going to look for another hotel tomorrow and get a refund from Amex Ex.

Our room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The breakfast was perfect for us in both quality and portions. Highly recommend it. Adrianna is a great source of info wineries and restaurants options.

Reviewed By 526emilysCute, clean and comfortable. This is a great place to stay during a trip to Ensenada. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of hot water. The pool was being resurfaced when we were there but it was too cold out for a swim anyway. The location is central in town so walking is easy. It’s a few blocks away from the major cruise ship and tourist areas, which made it a bit less congested than those areas. A few cute restaurants and cafes nearby, and the churro place attached to the hotel is great!
