The hotel and staff went above and beyond our expectations from the minute I emailed them to upgrade our room to a pool view, up until the minute we got in to our private taxi to come home. The weather was 40 plus every day and the hotel premises itself was spotless! Backing on to the wonderful beach in Gumbet you don't have to walk far whatsoever to get to the beach and lounge all day. The hotel has 3 good sizes pools and each has its own vibe, with the entertainment team continously keeping every smiling and laughting. I have to give a special mention to the whole of the entertainment team at the hotel and especially the 2 girls - Sasha and Polina who are always smiling and full of energy and love for everyone. My daughter had soo much fun and enjoyed every minute of the holiday and that was all thanks to Sasha and Polina. So a big big thank you and Ayaana sends her love to you both. The food was spot on everyday and plenty of good food all day long too. The cleanliness was great and and we had no issues apart from a few ants coming to stay with us a few hours. But one call to the reception and that was sorted. The only negative thing I would say is when busy you have to get up at 7am to put your towels on the sun loungers others you miss out. But there are some holiday makers that would leave their towels on the chairs and not turn up all day, I think the hotel should either increase the amount of chairs or monitor this better. Overall I just want to say a huge thank you to all the staff at the Parkim Ayaz for making our stay special and we look forward to staying with you again in the near future Inn Shaa Allah. Mohammed.

It’s in a nice quiet area. The Chef is outstanding and we ate up at the amazing roof top restaurant for the 5 nights we were there. Food was delicious and the view amazing. Owners Geru and Peran joined us for dinner and introduced us to Turkish delicacies. We became good friends! What a lovely experience!

We were 4 adults 2 kids age 7 & 10 we had a family suit which was an amazing spacious room and a double room with a walk in shower as 2 adults have disabilities with walking.. hotel had lifts to get down to the restaurant and pool area so they could get around with there walking sticks.. 1 adult was a vegetarian and still lots of choice for food.. very clean hotel Great location and the staff are so helpful & friendly… we also had a photoshoot with the photographer great photos and good price will definitely recommend this hotel and hopefully see you all again next year

Reviewed By mcgringoAfter a city break in Istanbul we wanted some down time. The hotel was not entirely what I was expecting. Its adult only, it was quiet when we stayed. The breakfast was brilliant BUT I expected more of a range when it came to dinner/ and evening drinks lets say. The menu for the poolside, dinner and room service is the same choice. In the evenings there is not a lot happening and no place to hang out unless you sit on the terrace. Its a 25-30 min walk to the marina, so it can get a bit boring. What we did discover was the suites AC are independently managed by the people in them which is what you expect everywhere in any hotel. BUT the rooms are centrally managed by the front desk/hotel management. So our first night we changed thermostat thinking we were going to get cold air, disaster. The hotel was still heating rooms as the nights were still a little cold. They fixed it for us and moved us, but something to note. Bodrum would not be a place I would return too, glad I visited this once.

Reviewed By Q6663YGivannWe travelled to Sea Garden Resort between 28th May and 4th June as a group of 10 and had a wonderful time at this resort. The resort itself is in a beautiful setting, surround by nature and it is very quiet. The sea is crystal clear and everything is kept clean. It is the perfect place to unwind and detach from the world. The Sunset Beach Bar is well stocked with a large variety of drinks and cocktails and the staff there are excellent. There are a couple of things worth mentioning to avoid disappointment. When we arrived the resort was very quiet as it was ‘out of season’ which by all accounts starts from 1st June. Some facilities like the Laguna Lounge and tennis courts (which are still being built) were not open even when we left. Gym and Wellness Spa opened on 1st June. We were not that concerned but it would have been nice to know in advance what facilities were available for use. There was very little entertainment available at this time of year. Maybe things pick up as the season gets going. Staff are all very welcoming and attentive. As the number of visitors increased towards the end of our stay the tables in the dining areas were taking longer to reset which meant waiting to be seated. The food was superb. Buffet had a large variety of food ranging from meat, fish to local dishes and it was well stocked throughout all the meals. The best all-inclusive package food I have had. Special mention has to go to Oktay Ergun who was guest liaison and went out of his way to help out when we required it. He is a credit to this resort and his profession. Perfect resort for a relaxing holiday with family.

Reviewed By JackyChung007I loved my stay at La Quinta! The staff was friendly, the view from the restaurant and pool area was amazing, and food was delicious. The rooms, though seem to be on the older side, were of good sized and comfortable. The best part of the experience was Ozlem, the concierge. She is extremely helpful, knowledge of everything Bodrum, and her recommendations never failed. On top of that, she speaks English and Russian very well. The AC in the rooms is a bit weak and it takes a while for the temperature to change. Many of the staff are fairly young and inexperienced. They have lots of enthusiasm, and very friendly. Some could benefit from some training which I encourage management to look into it. All in all, La Quinta provided a wonderful experience at a good value. Thank you!

Security gate people specially one tall guy with beard one was very rude and unrespectful we pay $500 a night and get this treatment it was not except able that guy basically ruin our whole vacation I was very upset he yelled us we still do not understand why. Anyway Caressa hotel do not worth paying $500 a night one more thing front desk slowest ever we are dealing with. Look better hotel not this.

Reviewed By theworldStayed here for a 2nd time And enjoyed it just as much as the first. I noticed a few changes in hotel Bar more modern and layout in dining different. I changed rooms as was given a room opposite bar, which can be noisy in evening. Got a quiet room on back road, no problem. Just ask if not happy with room your given. We were here 2 weeks and decided to have half board this time. The service and menu was very good. Your waited on and found it better then the usual buffet, were you eat too much?ha There’s plenty of restaurants and cafes minutes from hotel , 2 mins from beach , 10 mins from dolmus station , where you go anywhere on bodrum peninsula very cheap too! It’s not a big, luxury hotel but perfect to be in the heart of bodrum town
