LOVELY HOTEL AND FRIENDLY STAFF
Reviewed By JohnRo11We booked this hotel as it was close to the Sparkassen Arena where we were going to see Alice Cooper in concert. The hotel was comfortable and clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. The restaurant had a good selection of food and wines at very good prices. We were in the lounge having a drink, when a tourbus turned up and Alice Cooper and his wife came into the hotel to rest and freshen up before the show. Unfortunately, no pictures. A really nice hotel in a convenient position.

Reviewed By BrekkanOn the outskirts of town. Quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff, Good spa fascilities. Restaurant with high ambitions, not quite getting all the way. Excellent breqkfast, Aurich and the vicinity in reach with electric bike. You can rent it at the hotel.

Both the setting, the interior, the kind reception and the fantastic breakfast makes a stay at this hotel an added value to any business trip. Rooms are large, clean and foreseen of good bedding. One small issue: rooms tend to heat up. Without airco, this makes a good nights sleep more difficult for some.

Reviewed By cppuserBeen there for 3 nights in july 2015. It was a very pleasant stay: the room was quiet, simple and very clean, breakfast was reach and tasty, the stuff friendly and helpful. The hotel is not in the center, but to a walking distance. I'll recommend this hotel to my friends.

Reviewed By RPP81I have stayed in this hotel for several times in business travel. It is a good 3 star hotel. Very clean and confortable. The breackfast is not the best but good enough for the daily needs. wifi works well. Restaurant very good.

Worst hotel in Aurich
Reviewed By mg0mesI stayed for 2 nights, no elevator, had to take bags up 4 flights of stairs, reception closes at 16:00 pm so no help at all when I had no wifi in the room, unacceptable for this day and age to not have wifi working, I complained the next morning and staff did not care at all, room had a strange smell similar to sewers, and staff were not attentive at all at breakfast or otherwise. Never again!!

On route to North Sea
Reviewed By FahrvergnuegteWe chose Aurich and this hotel as our home base to explore East Frisia (North Sea). We asked for a room in the back at the end of a long hallway. It was spacious, contemporary, simple, clean, with a nice view of a garden. The bathroom was rather small, actually more like tiny. Breakfast was a typical German buffet, enough to fill our stomachs until we reached the picturesque towns by the sea with its many good restaurants. In Aurich we ate our best meal at a fish restaurant nearby, on the same street.
