One of the worst hotel I ever stayed
Reviewed By arsalanlovestravelI had a recent trip wherein I stayed in more than a dozen hotel and this was the worst. First of all the evening staff are not able to speak English properly. There is no one to welcome you. The old building is in dilapidated condition and I was given a room there. The rooms were big but the furniture etc was quite old and bland. This is the first hotel wherein there is no bottled water in the room as complimentary.The electric kettle was in its final leg of its life, their staff barge in without knocking on the door. The breakfast was dismal with very less variety. The good thing is the mountain view and the big rooms for this property. I would suggest you skip this pathetic hotel as it not worth the money

Reviewed By mdngrhwell, the room is very clean and everything is at its place. surprisingly comfortable, despite of the bunk bed options that we have chosen. the bathroom though, relatively small for 6 persons room, but its not a big issues, because they have 3 more bathrooms in the premises. the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, like, seriously, this is the highlight of our stay in otu.

The hostel has great location, clean area, bed so confy and near by train station & monas, Free water refil, they have little lounge at 5th floor. The restaurant in the first floor also wort to try. The food so tasty ans many option.very recommended!!! We will be back soon. Thank you

Well... This is my first time staying at a hostel that provides clean towel and I love that. It is close to Kota Tua (The Old Town of Jakarta) and Jakarta's Chinatown. Their yellow building makes it easier to find. I choose female dorm and my bed was OK. It was a little bit noisy at that time since lots of guest coming for DWP but the staff made sure by 11 p.m no more noises so others could sleep and rest well.

Terrible Experience at Joylive
Reviewed By agung12019Decided to staycation at Joylive, since the property offers a 24-hour stay which is nice. Arrived around 10 pm, with very limited parking space and with security present but no help at all finding me an available spot. Then after finding an available one, the security offers one inside the property, but after I moved inside one of the staff told me not to park there because I will block another vehicle inside which is make sense, and not sure why the security offers me to park inside. I have to move again, and much farther than the original parking spot. The room itself was okay, and I had no major problem even though the cleanliness in the bathroom can be better. The smell of the room is also a bit off, but since it’s a budget-friendly hotel/co-living I can ignore these facts. After going outside at noon, came back to find out my key don't work and can't go inside my room. Asked the housekeeping staff nearby regarding the key problem, explain to me I need to come down to reception and reprogram the key because it will automatically reset at noon. After came down from reception, the key still not working, and then asked the housekeeping staff to give me access to my room. Then called reception, but the key still not working and ask them to send me the new one. After a wait for more than half-hour called back again asking if the new key had not been delivered yet, the reception told me to wait even more due to a lot of the staff are still on their break. However, until check-out, no one came and made a complaint to the same reception staff that reprogram my key earlier, and to the fact, no one explain that I need to reprogram my key around noon. The receptionist gave no attention to the complaint, and change the subject directly of my complaint to returning my deposit from when I check-in and straight to picking up the phone avoiding eye contact. This behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. I truly had a terrible experience at Joylive because of their unfriendly staff, I hope when the management sees this review they are able to give much more proper training to them and not happen to other upcoming guests.

Reviewed By Marthunis NOne night staying in this 4-star yet super comfy hotel is such an incredible experience. The first impression that caught my attention is the hotel room itself. It is really convenient and almost looks like of that middle class luxury hotel: super modern! The air conditioner works really well and doesn’t stink. The food is also delicious with a few variables of options. Above all, it is the staff who are really friendly and try their best to fulfil my need as a guest, especially Mr. Hari. He’s been really helpful since my arrival at the hotel and check-in. The hotel located near by the Soekarno Hatta International Airport In brief, would definitely stay again on my next trip or transit to Jakarta and would to recommend it to my friends.

Our accommodation is the talk of the town as its located in the Kraton (walled city palace) and is ideal for travellers who want to be part of the traditional life of Javanese people. Contemporary Yogyakarta is nevertheless a vast urban centre complete with amazing historical buildings, modern shopping centre, hundreds of cool bars, quirky boutiques, even as it remains a stronghold of batik, gamelan and ritual. It's also a perfect base for Indonesia's most important archaeological sites, Borobudur and Prambanan.

Tris, Eva, Talita, Jessica and other front desk personnel are treating every guest with love and compassion like a family member. The rooms, toilets, kitchen were super clean and shiny. I highly recommend Snooze as a top destination in Jogja.
