10 Game & Entertainment Centers in Norfolk That You Shouldn't Miss

January 19, 2022 Trinity Boughner

A holiday in Norfolk is not a glamorous break. While the Norfolk Broads of East Anglia are a beautiful part of the UK, they represent a relaxing rural getaway rather than a high-powered city-break. Although its reputation is mostly rural, with people associating the county mostly with the wetlands of the Norfolk Broads, there are also towns such as Norwich and King's Lynn to visit, both of which provide shopping opportunities, nightlife and entertainment. Norfolk also contains a large stretch of coastline, and seaside destinations such as Cromer and Great Yearmouth mean there are great beaches to be found as well. Many areas of the Norfolk Broads and the coastal region are sites of outstanding natural beauty, and are also protected as bird reserves, so take a pair of binoculars on holiday. There are also popular wildlife attractions such as Banham Zoo, with a great collection of big cats, and Great Yarmouth's Sea Life Centre, one of the biggest of its kind in the country, complete with tropical sharks and conger eels. And of course, if any of your family are interested in boating, you'll need to rent a boat and explore the waterways of the Broads themselves!

We were staying in a lodge in Norfolk and due to Covid-19 all the onsite activities were closed, we found the details for Grey Goose Archery online and I can highly recommend them to all. The booking process was quick and easy and when we turned up it was all organised and set up ready. Sean was super informative with a good sense of humour and made the whole experience fun and easy! Even managed to snap a great picture of me and my partner aiming which was a lovely touch! Well worth the price and if we ever booked to stay in the area again we would 100% do it again!

We decided to book this game at short notice, after our holiday in Norfolk started out decidedly wet and we needed something indoors to enjoy. Despite some first time nerves, this ended up being a ln absolutely superb escape game and out game master Holly was fab; friendly knowledgeable and helpful when we needed it! We escaped with 1min 12 secs to spare and found it very tricky (2 players). We definitely want to come back to enjoy a tour run by this company and to do the Blickling escape room too. Highly recommended!

We went in a number of times when we stayed at Hopton Haven The staff are so friendly and helpful and can't do enough for you, making it a pleasure to go to. They offer you teas and coffees when you go in and are more than happy repeatedly helping out when things get stuck in the penny machines. It is also the cleanest arcade I've ever been in too The staff here should be proud of themselves as they are doing a fantastic job! Well done! It

We booked the murder mystery escape room for my daughters birthday but had to cancel due to Covid. The owner was very helpful, telling me to re-book when we were ready. Today we escaped! The four of us had a fantastic time. The escape room was challenging enough (we had a fair bit of help from the owner who watches on monitors and offers help when he feels you need it) but not so hard my 13 year old solved some of the problems. We didn't complete the task in the hour but were aloud to carry on and finish. We got a lot of satisfaction when we solved the mystery. Lots of parking and excellent staff. Highly recommended.
