Cantabria (/kænˈtæbriə/, /-ˈteɪ-/; Spanish: [kanˈtaβɾja]) is a historic Spanish community and autonomous community with Santander as its capital city. It is bordered on the east by the Basque Autonomous Community (province of Biscay), on the south by Castile and León (provinces of León, Palencia and Burgos), on the west by the Principality of Asturias, and on the north by the Cantabrian Sea (Bay of Biscay).

Lovely Sandy beach clear Water for another visit to Saint James on Camino Santiago Retourno in Santander. Calm Waters and marvelous sunbathing really liked it Sardinero Playa is so beautiful and large it about 3 kms i guess and can be 200m large sand playa from sea water. This is a beautiful main square in Santillana del Mar. The town is just incredible, it is just like going back to the Middle Ages. It is surrounded by the Borja Tower, the town hall, and several picturesque houses. Everything is cobblestone, so I highly recommend to comfortable shoes.
