I have rented out this amazing place to do my private cooking events which were a huge success. The kitchen is so well organized and you will not have to worry about a thing. Just come with the ingredients and rest is all taken care of. The team is very warm and welcoming and the volunteers are very helpful. They make sure that you all have a great time and an unforgettable experience. If you are looking to do something different with a group of friends or an office do or a hen party or team-building exercise, I highly recommend this place as this is very unique and best part about all of this is all the profits go back into investing towards community welfare and that's a win-win.

I visited the Brighton Cookery School with my family for the afternoon as part of my Mums 60th birthday celebrations. We were welcomed with a friendly smile and a glass of prosecco before being shown how to make two desserts. We spent a couple of hours making them with help from our brilliant chef/host and then sat down to dinner whilst they baked. The instructor/chef made us steak with dauphinoise potatoes and green beans with an incredible jus. It was honestly the best steak I've ever head. We then finished off our desserts and were able to take them home with us. Such a brilliant afternoon and one I'd love to do again.
