The St. Kilian Distillers GmbH is a whisky distillery in scottish tradition. We are located in a small tributary of the river Main in the Bavarian Odenwald. Since 2016 we are producing our german single malt whisky. The first St. Kilian whisky arrived 2019. Due to Covid19 there are no guided tours available at the moment. Regardless our shop and onlineshop are still opened.

High above the Blautopf lies Seissen, and at its heart is where the Distillery Rössle is located. The ripe fruits handpicked in the rural surroundings of Seissen and the greater area of Swabia mostly from very old trees and varieties are the foundation of our distillates and liqueurs. Being carefully mashed and slowly distilled. No “allowed additives” such as artificial aromas. Nothing is enhanced or blended. Only using fire and water to distill the fruit, relying on experience, smell, and taste The distillates are ageing across the years in an old vaulted cellar until they are developed to their full. Highly acknowledged among connoisseurs, and are well awarded.

We are a family run distillery and winery in Gengenbach - Strohbach in the middle of the black forest surrounded by some lovely orchards. We produce a wide range of traditional blackforest fruits spirits and liqueurs for which we also grow our own fruits. Additionally, we produce our own Gin, Whisky, Vodka and even a Rum. At our distillery you can enjoy a guided tour and you can sample all of our products for free. We are looking forward to meeting you!
