Reviewed By Nick ZI’ve been traveling to the DR for work and fun for the last 12 years and have stayed in more hotels here than I can count. I’ve stayed here three different times and can’t recommend it highly enough Extremely professional and helpful. I asked to stay an extra couple of hours this last visit because I was doing a late afternoon scuba dive and they were so nice about it. It’s located very close to a number of good restaurants and not far from the beach, bank, or grocery store (not just a colmado but a grocery store). If you’re not the resort kind of traveler (which resorts suck), this is exactly the kind of place you want to stay.

Reviewed By 878gerryvThis time we rented a house that had become available and was new to this rental location. VERY nice house but hadn't been occupied for some time. However the management company was very prompt in attending to the issues we experience. The 2 big issues was the air conditioning in the main bedroom and hot water. The hot water was out fault as I kept turning off an electrical switch didn't think it was necessary and it turned out to control the water heater. All in all, the staff were always available and very attentive. I'm looking forward to staying here again.

Reviewed By Venture30302175842Absolutely beautiful hotel & service. My partner & I stayed one night in this hotel & we will be spending New Years Eve here for a 3 night stay, just 4 weeks later. It’s very modern & sleek with minimal design touches. I completely understand why a high traffic Hotel in a caribbean setting would be decorated as minimally as this. It’s not stuffy and it’s very freeing. Your balcony Caribbean Sea View is all the decor you’ll ever need. The Pool area is gorgeous and gated with tough security. The front desk staff is incredibly helpful & kind. A very special mention to Browny for his professionalism & attentiveness. I can’t wait to go back in just 2 days ♥️

Reviewed By proper wThe staff at Residencial las Palmeras were great. Emily was always there when ever we needed something or had a question. The Penthouse that we had overlooking the ocean was amazing. I recommend anyone that is going to visit Boca Chica that they stay at this resort. Will definitely make reservations again here.

This villa/condo was very easy to find and there is a unique Italian feel with the high ceilings and other authentic Italian designs throughout the building. Check in was swift ,the hotelier was waiting for arrival with keys in hand. Peace of mind is in abundance because of the presence of security. The room are very spacious and the a/c 's works and even though there were a few power outages the generator kicks in within seconds. This rooms are turn key and whatever is missing simply ask the staff. Sergio and his team do a great job at making you comfortable. Food store, beach, bars and bank all within walking distance. Some furniture could be updated. Internet access works perfectly (WiFi) .Due to the outstanding service, would stay here again in future and recommend other to choose without hesitation .

Reviewed By JTNY1I always stay here when I come to Santo Domingo. Its an older hotel but the rooms are very large with refrigerators and some rooms even have kitchens, oh yes and Hot Water LOL Talk about location location location? This hotel is centrally located right on the conde’ steps from the super market, shopping and sidewalk cafes and let me not forget they offer FREE Hot breakfast at there cafe down the street. I would recommend this establishment.

Super location, lovely apartments and great service
Reviewed By Lindsay SMy family and I stayed here for a long weekend in the capital. We found the apartment to be quite spacious, it had very comfy beds and nice sheets. The service was fantastic! The breakfast was anything but "continental." Multiple kinds of fresh fruit, fresh juice, toast, eggs, pancakes, cereal, coffee. A full breakfast. The location of Casa Reyes was perfect for us to visit the Zona Colonial. Thanks to the staff! We loved it!

excellent and unique stay
Reviewed By Anthonyj24Fixie Lofts is a stunning facility. It's a restored hospital from the 16th century and it is immaculate. I stayed in a loft on the second floor overlooking the street. Everything is well placed, clean, cared for, and intentionally modern/rustic. Location is one block from the main square in the Colonial Zone. Can't ask for a better location for exploring. *I would not recommend the second floor loft if you are physically challenged and have problem with stairs. *One drawback, as well, is it isn't the greatest place if you want to hangout in the apartment. The wicker chairs are nice and hand made and comfortable for short sits. However, they are not comfortable for extended lounging. Nonetheless, i would highly recommend this stellar apartment.

Reviewed By Noe1287El apartamento que nos dieron era pequeño y nos quitaron el sofá cama porque lo solicitó otro cliente. Los baños tienen un olor horroroso a cloaca! Por el resto; el apartamento está bastante cuidado y limpio. Las toallas que te dejan son escasas… pero si pides más te las dan sin problema. El colchón súper incómodo, igual que el sofá.
