Reviewed By leslyecortesEn el mes de febrero nos hospedamos con una amiga en estos departamentos, son super cómodos tomando en cuenta que eran super baratos, además de la excelente ubicación ya que están en pleno centro, al lado de centros comerciales, el muelle donde se toman los Tours y la playa principal.

Reviewed By 25gabrielalexandermUn lugar tranquilo y agradable para el descanso, bonito, limpio, económico, aseado y sobre todo la calidad humana de sus empleados, que nos brindaron siempre su amabilidad. De verdad que lo recomiendo, es seguro, a su alrededor hay tiendas y supermercados, el acceso al transporte público es ahí mismo, saliendo desde la puerta de la calle, cerca al centro, al muelle, quedé encantado!

Good location, smelly water
Reviewed By Shaf6666Let me give you all a real review of this place. 1 - Great location two minutes walk to the beach 2 - Decent sized apartment and very clean 3 - Antonio does not speak English so not sure why people say he does - he helps using Google translator 4 - Antonio is very helpful and a nice guy 5 - The water stinks like drain water from outside I guarantee your room will smell like a sewer 6 - It is very safe around the apartment 7 - No safe in the room but they have a draw with a lock / safe would be better 8 - The night guy is very rude does not care abut the customers and speaks very loud on the phone when people are sleeping, walking up and down the phone and I do not mean for 5 mins last time he was on the phone for over an hour screaming - Oh yer at 4.30 - 5.30am not good!!! Thank you Antonio for all your help.

The room is very dirty ( I have picture to prove ) , there was no hot water, no WiFi although it was advertised. There was also no manager on sight to address the concerns. On top of that they refused any compensation

Apartamentos Martinez, poseemos apartamentos y habitaciones totalmente independientes con baño privado, aire acondicionado y televisión. La propiedad cuenta con piscina y kiosco con hamacas. Ubicado a solo 5 cuadras de la playa principal de la isla (Spratt Bight) y el aeropuerto a máximo 5 minutos en taxi contando el tiempo de los semáforos.

Reviewed By Cesar_CarvajalWe got the best holidays in the island. The place is super clean and organized, and off course with the best relation of price and comfort I have ever seen. Also, very close to the airport and the city center. They also offer you the possibility to rent a car and so, to get even easier to every single place in the island. It’s also located in a quiet area and have a nice pool where you can also have a nice BBQ with your friends. Definitely you get some very good recommendations for some tours around the island, so you will be always enjoying very nice activities. I’m looking forward to stay again at this place in my next holidays at the island. And I thank the hosts for they very nice service and attention. Fully recommended! Enjoy the island, the beach and activities, and besides a very relaxing time at this very nice apartment :).

Reviewed By Maya660We stayed in this wonderful self-catering apartment for almost 3 weeks, as we were working in San Andrés. It's really well-designed, clean and comfortable. Everything WORKS - kitchen equipment, wifi, ACs, great power shower!!! Rates are more than reasonable and they also offer extremely reasonable private boat/snorkelling/diving tours so you don't have to join the mob on Johnny Cay. The view from the living room/balcony is spectacular and there's a constant breeze (!) from the sea - so no mosquitos! It's 2 doors away from Rocky Cay beach, which is a gorgeous, quiet little bay with crystalline water. Jacobo and Ingrid are warm and friendly, truly wonderful hosts! They really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, eg, we needed a desk/table to work from. We also made a couple of suggestions for things that we thought were missing, and the very next day we were provided with what we wanted (extension cords, door stops, bedside lamps, tupperware!). Honestly - one of the best places I have ever stayed with the very best service ever! Thank you so much for everything, Ingrid & Jacobo!

Reviewed By Ida EWhen we arrived around 13 o'clock, we found out that the check in was at 15, eventho it says at Booking.com that the check in is at 13. But even tho we got our room when we arrived. We had a small double bedroom. The airconditioning was great, the staff id very friendly too and the owner speaks english.
