Apartment has well equiped kitchen even we didn't use it (except for coffee). Staff excellent, prompt in communication. Garage in vicinity, ideal for my SUV with roof top box as it was too high for most of public garages

ALbaResidence is the ideal start to visit the Langhe & Roero, close to the villages of Barolo, Monforte, Barbaresco, with their world famous wineyard. The apartments are equipped with wooden floor, fine and modern design, air conditioned, free wifi, flat screen TV, pirvate bathroom with extralarge shower and bidet and hairdrier. Everything was impeccable for our needs - an apartment from which we could explore the Langhe region as well as the town of Alba. Easy parking. Well equipped kitchen. Helpful staff. Well stocked supermarket a 5 minute walk away. Perfect! (as long as you like a modern appartment!)

Stunning and perfect in everything! The staff is courteous and available to provide all the necessary traffic information to get to the apartment which is located in a historic building in the center of Turin, a five-minute walk from the main tourist sites. We parked the car in their paid private parking on the first day and we forgot about having the car! Truly a strategic and safe position even in the evening. The initial cleaning was perfect and the daily general reset was really appreciated. Really an incomparable quality-price ratio !! Really great!

Reviewed By sborresWe stayed for the second time and this stay was as wonderful as the first one . Staff is very helpful and accommodating. The Palazzo is always well appointed and everything was in place to make it a safe stay during pandemic. It is very quiet as all the room are huge and separated by large patios and corridors. The royal suite is amazing with high ceilings and with a great kitchen/dining area. For the location, quality of service and accommodation, must be difficult to find better deals in Torino

The only hotel in Piazza Castello, a design hotel with all the comforts. Incredible and absolutely centralized view with a choice of rooms with a kitchenette and the most exclusive suites. Accessible to disabled.

Reviewed By Marc GThe building is beautiful. The location is magnificent! But this is not a real hotel. They state that there is not a 24-hour receptionist. No kidding. There's almost never anyone here! My "deluxe" room has two awkward steps--one to the corridor, one to the bathroom. I fell three times last night, cut my leg badly, and there was no one to even tell me where I could find a farmacia. The hotel boasts a room with a balcony (which is covered with bird droppings). They promote bottled water in the room (but only on the first day). They state that there is air conditioning, but there is no remote! (The room was freezing last night (no heat and no duvet). My room was still not cleaned at 3 p.m. and there was no one anywhere to tell. They advertise satellite t.v.--well, maybe, but only in Italian. Not one channel in another language--and their clientele is international. Yes the location and the view are wonderful, but they don't help a lot when you're miserable in the actual room.

Reviewed By edithvaWe were quite pleasantly surprised by the quality of this property. While dated, our room was very spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The grounds are quite lovely and the surrounding countryside is stunningly beautiful. The staff was genuinely friendly, accommodating, and eager to please. They encouraged us to make a dinner reservation at their onsite restaurant where we enjoyed a delightful (presentation, flavor, and service) meal.

The Residence Briona is an elegant building of the XV century, located in the quiet pedestrian historical area of Domodossola. It offers studios and two-rooms apartments facing the ancient medieval courtyard embellished with arches and porches.The apartments are equipped with a fully furnished kitchenette, TV and private bathroom with hairdrier. A few are equipped with washing machine.The Residence is surrounded by shops and restaurants and it is 400 m from the Railway Station and 200 m from the Palazzo Silva Museum. The Lusentino Ski Resort is 20 min by car from the Residence.
Quiet apartment very close to the centre of town
Reviewed By George HResidence Briona is a large serviced apartment in a quiet courtyard a few metres away from the main square of Domodossola. It is not a hotel and so you'll need to ensure that you tell the owner if you check in after 7pm, and whilst there is an espresso maker and orange juice squeezer in the kitchen area along with cutlery and plates, you will have to venture down to a cafe nearby for breakfast (there are plenty and they open on Sunday, mostly) or buy food and put it in the large fridge. The rooms are spacious, the wifi worked well and the only downside was that parking is city parking about 200m away. The city parking is free but is a bit hit and miss on availability, so you may find yourself driving around in circles to secure a spot. If you have heavy luggage make sure you can carry it or wheel it to the residence and up a flight of steps yourself. The street outside is pedestrianised so you cannot drop your bags at the front gate from the car and there is no concierge. Domodossola is a lovely town with great hiking nearby and Residence Briona was the perfect base from which to explore the area. The railway station is only a 7 minute walk away.
