Reviewed By ij684I stayed at the Gorki apartments back in September and enjoyed every moment of it. The rooms were beautifully designed incredibly comfortable and the service was excellent. The location also a plus. I then decided to return next week but given the global pandemic and that the numbers are the highest that they have ever been my company asked me not to come as it was going to be too dangerous. I communicated with the hotel and ask them for a refund and or a credit for a future travel. They have denied me this. I think that this is outrageous business and it’s unfortunate because I will never ever do business with this company ever again. Have they offered me even a credit to come back again that would be acceptable but to take my money during a global pandemic is despicable

За время пребывания в Дубне нам удалось пожить в двух номерах - в номере в стиле ретро лофта нью-йоркских они квартир и эко -номере в стиле прибалтийских домов. Современный уникальный дизайн каждого номера приятно удивил, в них продумана каждая мелочь для удобства гостей. В номере есть маленькая кухня с чайником, плитой и холодильником, что помогает чувствовать себя как дома. Спасибо большое хозяевам, уехали отдохнувшими и с новыми идеями для собственной квартиры.

Reviewed By FredericM7070Let me start with the positive side: we got a room on land, in a newly built appartment. Rooms were absolutely clean. Main problem is that the WiFi is NOT available in the rooms. WiFi is supposed to be available in the reception (located on a boat, 15 minutes walking from the rooms), but wasn’t working when we were staying. Although reservations clearly mention WiFi availability. Extremely annoying when you have to book flights and hotels ( during the World Cup). Also impossible to order (Uber) taxi’s yourself due to the absence of WiFi. Hotel will suggest you a taxi at a price which is 4 or 5 times the normal comparable Uber rate. Staff - litterally nobody - speaks one word ( I repeat ONE WORD) English. And are just laughing with your problems. Refused to contact Expedia when asked to. Conclusion: worst hotel during our Russian holidays; don’t book here. Only the WiFi problems have costed me over 200 euro.

Reviewed By валера бОтлично отпраздновали День рождения в Пеликане! Спасибо персоналу, так как они нам подсказали воспользоваться беседками. Нам повезло вдвойне, ведь мы планировали отдохнуть у реки, но в этот день был ливень. Праздник не был испорчен, мы отлично повеселились. Мясо на гриле было обалденное.

Reviewed By Wolfgang811Just on the shore of Istra river there are a dozen massive wooden cottages in the forest. You reach the river and a small beach by a boardwalk. The cottages are simple, but clean and in good condition. Every cottage has a balcony and an own BBQ fireplace outside. The restaurant serves simple, but tasty dishes. You can use the sauna and indoor pool of a nearby resort by shuttle bus.

Заранее мы просмотрели все доступные отели, сравнили цены и выбрали Отель на Советской. На на ресепшене нас встретила позитивная девушка, которая рассказала о всех деталях заселения в отель. Предоставленным номером были приятно удивлены. Номер был уютный и чистый. Спасибо большое персоналу отеля за предоставленный комфорт.
