Reviewed By tui52Perfectly located apartment hotel with excellent front of house staff. There is a nice cafe next door and it is only a few minutes' walk to the Dunomo and all the main shopping areas. The bathroom is small but functional and the rooms are large with plenty of wardrobe space.

I personally was searching for a verrry clean accommodation and close to the central and this room was 10/10 for what I was searching for. I stayed 2 nights. The only thing I was missing is some tee bags in the kitchen ;) since there was a cuttle for bowling water.

Reviewed By Akpp2Not the typical hotel we will go for, but it was clean, good service and water always available for guests. The room was big enough for 2 people. Nice big widows. Close to Central staton (walking ). If you need a hotel near the main Station, this is a good option , (a bit tricky finding the hotel at first, but once you know where it is, it’s fine ) .

Reviewed By swisstraveler1994I can only recommend this hotel. The hotel is very central, right in front of a beautiful park and the lake, most restaurants are 5 minutes walk away. Just around the corner it also has a good supermarket with a large selection of good and local products. The room and the balcony are very big and very clean. Although the hotel is located directly on the street, it was very quiet. The owners of the hotel were very accommodating and helpful. This hotel is also very suitable for dog owners because of the park and the large rooms.

Residence Villa Regina is near to San Gerardo Hospital, one of the biggest Hospitals in northern Italy. We are focused on patients and relatives who assist them. If you come for the Monza Race Track, for tourism or business, the Residence is not so far from it (less than 30 minutes on foot passing by the beautiful Monza Park (the biggest in Europe rounded by walls). If you wish to book even if you don't come to the hospital, you are welcome but with advice: please respect our guests because probably they are resting after a night or a day passed into the Hospital. If you can do that, you are welcome. We speak English, Spanish and Italian of course

Ideal for families
Reviewed By patb912leedsWe stayed in a bungalow near the lake. Great position. Nice clean village. Rooms very clean. The only issue is the walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbours pressing a light switch, on the toilet, in the shower. The restaurants and entertainment area were near our bungalow but the noise didn't carry and everything finished early enough anyway. Any issues with rooms and once reported seems to be dealt with immediately. You can rent a bike from behind reception. There is a shop on site selling fresh bread rolls, croissants and the usual. Swimming pool clean. You have to wear a swim hat, not a bad idea, at least no long hairs in the pool. Good pool bar, food ok. Lots of sun beds but people do go up when pool opens at 9am to put towels on best beds and don't turn up until lunch time, this is unfair but no one seems to bother. There are plenty of beds but some are the uncomfortable white plastic ones, the woven ones get saved first, they are quite comfortable. Site is as described. It's about a 45 min comfortable walk into the old town via the marina and about 20 min walk to the centre where the restaurants are and the main bus stop.If you are going to rent a car, arrange one to pick up at the airport. Most of the restaurants charged a levi of 2-2.50 Euro per person on top of your meal so be prepared.

Reviewed By bubmlebbe4949Booked. 3 rooms with this hotel for my sons wedding but due to Covid we tried to get hold of them so did Booking .com no one spoke English they ignored my 3 e mails never replied. I had paid upfront I know silly person .We wanted to reschedule as I thought they would do that due to no one travelling during Covid my sons wedding was cancelled but will be rescheduled next year. They have kept all the money which due to exceptional circumstances I thought they would be more accommodating but no. Daylight robbery we could at least have come to another agreement but no. They advertise that they speak English but when we tried no one would help either on the phone or reply to e mails so very bad management. The other hotel I booked with was so helpful such a shame gives this hotel a bad name.So disappointed

We are near to Monza Race Track and concert Area (less than 2 Kilometres. Our apartmens have full kitchen with everything you need (dishes, pots, glasses etc.), complete bathroom and double beds or single beds as you wish. We have also family apartments for 4 or 6 people. We are also very near to San Gerardo Nospital, the fourth Hospital in northern Italy. Thousand of people come here for chirurgic operations, exams and many other things. These people are our usual guests. You are welcome of course but remember to respect the "Hospital Guests" staying calm and quiet. No rumors in the common area and keep a normal voice tone even inside your apartment.
