Reviewed By NSF03I found this place on Sahibinden and chose to stay here for the cheap rates. I was desperate as I needed a fixed address to get my ikamet. My first room was very cold and basic so i decided to upgrade. The manager who calls himself Omar was sometimes quite pushy, wanting to get me to write fake reviews etc. When the apartment started to get a little busier in the summer months, I had seen him arguing with guests and being very unprofessional. I thought how they would expect repeat business following how they were talking to guests. I decided to upgrade again to try enjoy the remainder of my time. I was delighted when a friend said she would join me, which I told the manager. He said she would have to pay to share my room, even though he said you can have anyone stay if you upgrade again. She ended up staying in a completely different room as it would be the same price as staying in mine. When I come to finally leave, I found Omar shouting at another guest that I had befriended. It looked like he was going to hit him so I wanted to get out of that toxic environment. I later found that he slapped in the face when he finally left. The bill I had to pay seemed high but I paid it just to leave. In the process I completely forgot to ask about my deposit, I returned sometime after but they would not give it back to me ...saying that the room was a mess etc which was all false. I would not stay here again if someone payed me!

Fantastic hotel with extremely good service
Reviewed By Marcus PI was on my first trip alone here in Alanya and thanks to Novella Hotel I had an amazing experience. It's a very peaceful and quite place. There aren't many people there due to it being a smaller hotel so it's very nice and chill. The bar, the pool and the cleanliness of the hotel are all top level nice but the service is simply amazing. The people at the hotel will do anything for you, including drive you to specific places at all times during the night and day, serve you food while you are waiting for a pick up and also help out with specific information about the local area and nice places to visit. All in all it's a super cosy hotel to relax and chill out at while experiencing the exciting adventures and beautiful views of Alanya :) I hope many more people will come here since it's a really nice place and such a lovely experience that you don't want to miss.

Reviewed By Traveller_Fin_10We stayed a week at Sunway Apart Hotel. Pool area, bar and restaurants were very nice and comfortable, staff super friendly and always willing to help whatever you need. Rooms are quite basic, would have hoped to have had a bit more light available in the living room. It's also good to notice, that the soundproofing is not great, so you'll hear street noise and prayer invitations from nearby mosque. Overall, a place where I would like to stay again.

At night, when you open the window, you hear the sound of the sea wave. I had a good holiday with beautiful memories in this collection. I hope to be back here as soon as possible.

Reviewed By James260186Rooms aren’t clean although cleaners are very friendly change towels daily expensive crap WiFi 1 of the people that work on the bar is very nice and friendly but rest of them hate English people kids splash around in pool get told off don’t splash the owners kids unless get shouted at but owners kids get to do as these please there is better places to stay in Alanya much better but if you like being made uncomfortable stares at your kids getting told off for splashing in a pool then this is the place for you
