Terrible and awful
Reviewed By RuhiSayyedWe had made our reservation through booking.com for two nights stay and as we clicked confirm booking, immediately deducted the entire funds, while there was no mention of any such deductions and it was almost a month in advance. Though they kept insisting that the same is mentioned in fine prints but failed to show us when asked. We decided to shorten our trip and requested them to cancel the booking, long before the reserved dates to which they flatly refused to refund a single penny saying accounts/finance will have an issue. Anyway, out of much reluctance we decided to visit the hotel and found it overhyped. Rooms are exceptionally small with an awful smell in the rooms. We requested them to change the room after trying to bear with the smell as our daughter complained of it too and we were asked to shift to the adjoining room. All this while, the hotel had only one more room occupied, as informed to us by the reception. So the new room had the same issue and finding it impossible to bear with the smell we decided to check out the next morning and again requested them to refund for at least one night. And they had the audacity to tell us that since we had used the other room for more than an hour or two, they could not sell it to anyone else, all this in an empty hotel. Their attitude was rude, un-accommodating and simply disgusting. I would highly recommend checking many other good hotels with better amenities and polite staff.

Reviewed By bskmiWe had a great stay at Villa Ideal. The Hotel is Sparkling Clean and good secure car park. The hosts are super approachable and friendly. We have been surprised with a plate of fruit on arrival, then cakes later on as well ? We have also been offered beach towels and given some great dining recommendations. The only minus I could think of is the fact that the shower in the bathroom is not enclosed in any way, and as such the whole bathroom is soaking after taking a shower — a minor inconvenience though. Would recommend.

Reviewed By Adventure40754763361The place it is very beautiful but unfortunately the staff it is very unqualified. They dont know how to behave with guests. You can enter in the property and find a parking place just if you bribe, you need to bribe to find an sun umbrella. It is really under any expectation of going to sea side, paying expensive launch and still not being respected as guest. The worst experience ever. I really don’t recommend going there. There are many beautiful other areas in Saranda where a guest is treated in excellent way. Simply horrible place to go with family

Reviewed By Raphael_GlWonderful view over the forest and the ocean. Great pool and options to chill and relax. Everything is clean and new. Friendly staff. Large breakfast with fresh fruits . Rooms could be a little nicer but for the price (50 euros) they are fine :)

The hotel is super fresh, amazing rooms and views, and super tasty breakfast. We stayed for almost a week and had the best time, recommend 10/10! If I come back I will defiantly stay here again.

Lovely hotel near beach

The hotel is very close to the beach,only across the road, they lent the beach towels if you don't have any and the beach lounges are free for the guests. Breakfast was alright, rooms beautiful and clean,staff nice and friendly. The bar and pool are on the top and the restaurant too. We had dinner there 1st night, 1 portion we ordered was alright, another one wasn't worth of the 4* so quite disappointment there. The hotel has 2 sister hotels in the near towns, the cooperation of the staff is amazing. We went for a boat trip and they called one of the sister's hotel we can park our car there,close to the port. We also wanted to go to different beach,close to the 2nd sister hotel and they called them to hold the seats for us. Overall, great experience.

Reviewed By currymonster37What a rip off for drinks!! No menu so you order with their recommendation. Glass of white wine - they brought out and opened a 375ml bottle, this was 1300 lek we found out when we asked for bill. 2 corona beers 600 lek each!! Ibiza prices, but not with the view. We spent 2500 lek on 4 drinks then went along the road for amazing meal with drinks for less. Just don’t go to the Miamar it’s too expensive.

They help everyone feel so welcome. I even received flowers on my birthday during my brief stay! Our room facing the sea was spacious, spotless, well appointed, airy, and had a huge deck that enjoyed morning shade, and was the perfect spot for a private, relaxing coffee. The breakfast had a wonderful selection of hot and cold items, local honey and jams, fresh fruit and plenty of tasty coffee. Their beach across the street has plenty of lounge chairs with umbrellas, and the sea water is clean and gorgeous. If you prefer a pool, they have a large clean pool, with a view of the sea, and plenty of lounge chairs. They support Albanian artists so there was beautiful artwork everywhere including the rooms. Highly recommend!!

Sleeping with view on big cunstruction work
Reviewed By E3269DImmI only booked this hotel because it was promoting a view on the beach and relaxing time…away from all the crowded places. In real there is everywhere around the hotel only construction work and dust from the sand. If you can handle this it’s a nice place as described by others. I would not have booked this place if I would have known this before. THEY DID NOT OFFER STORNO OR ANYTHING
