Reviewed By Peter WMy wife and I have just got back from the Air suite in Verona two hours ago, Very nice! From Verona Airport walk outside the Terminal and immediately on your right is a Bus stop, get a Bus just outside the Airport terminal, 6 Euros per head and it's very simple, Taxi quotes 35 euros, I have not got on a bus since I was 10 and found it very easy, once in Verona .when you get off the nice bus, look left, this is where the bus is facing and keep walking, walk over the bridge and walk for 10 mins. after a few zebra crossings keep going straight and on your left is a hotel called Hotel Mastino this is on your left, go in there lovely reception, they gave us wine and let us leave our bags there till we wanted to be escorted to the air suite, the Air suite is opposite you will see two huge wrought Iron Gates! This is your Baby, Sorry for miss-spelling and puncturations but still in the zone , Cant wait to return ! the only compalint we have is the room only has CNN news in English but apart from that very nice, My thanks to Trip adviser as well for there service and I Hope you have a Great time Guys amazing place , Magical cant wait to return Pete Fiona x

Hector, the owner and his wife treated us like family from the moment we arrived and made us feel right at home. The property is magnificent . Reviewed By SW46_72Great hotel in a convenient position at a reasonable price. Easy, short walk from railway station and only 5 min walk to the main Arena Piazza. Such helpful staff - our flight from uk was delayed and they were so helpful in phoning our restaurant we had booked in advance to advise we were going to be late. Requested courtyard facing rooms as learnt from TripAdvisor they are quieter, non-street facing rooms. Nice, varied continental breakfast. Would return if staying in Verona

Reviewed By Morten MNice spacious rooms/junior suite. Clean rooms and very friendly owners/staff. Delicious breakfast brought to the room every morning for us to enjoy before heading out in town. The house is nicely located in the old part of town just at Ponte Pietra.

Reviewed By Cyril JAs others have said great place great staff and good space. If going ignore google maps or you’ll end up down an alley with a dead end. Simple answer if heading from the train or bus station walk straight until you get to Gugle bridge, go across and immediate to the left on the canal side you will see a patisserie and restaurant An alleyway is there and above it ca Pozzo sign Go down the alleyway , entrance at the end on the left.

Reviewed By Gaz8282Just moved on from a two night stay at Vision and wish we had stayed longer. The hotel is Modern very clean, very clean. Rooms are a good size. we had a great view of the lake and pool which was lovely to wake up to. Bathrooms very big with a great shower. Breakfast was good. Due to covid there was no buffet, but you ordered what you wanted and the staff brought it to your table. Worked very well compared to some hotels. Parking directly out front and plentiful with EV chargers. Prices at the bar were very reasonable for a hotel. Reception staff were so helpful they deserve a special mention. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything I could ask for in a hotel was delivered. We are already planning when we can go back as two days wasn't long enough

Very good superbly located hotel
Reviewed By timH9037MQVery good three star hotel, will return. The location is superb with excellent Giudecca canal views. The staff are pleasant, helpful and efficient. The included breakfast is above three star standard, with good ingredients. We had the panoramic room on the top floor which has good views and even a balcony, which strangely is off the bathroom. There is no lift. The only thing that needs improving is that the hall and staircases are shabby and need redecorating. In them, the stair carpets are threadbare and not as clean as they should be. They need to be replaced. But the fact that we shall return despite the staircase problem says it all. It was a very good choice for us.

Reviewed By czechgirlabroadKind staff, clean hotel, amazing view on the sea. Nice spa with pool, whirlpool, sauna and turkish bath. In the room you can find also teeth brush, bathrobe and slippers. The drinks in mini bar are for first time free - that's something I've never seen in other hotel and I like this idea! The staff is always ready to help you. Breakfast normal - sweet and salted. Everybody can choose. In the end of our accommodation we got one pack of pasta from Caorle! Nice gift. We will come back for 100% as we are always very satisfied. This hotel is perfect!
