Reviewed By Amitha HThis hotel easily to find in Banjarbaru main street just in front of Sederhana Restaurant beside NAV Karaoke. You can find their price online or call them directly. The cheapesr way to get there is walking a little bit from the airport to a junction road. Take a totally green van (not with any white colour) and ask them to bring you to Banjarbaru. It's a renovated old hotel, their rooms a little bit far away from the street. The garden makes you peacefull. But in the same time, the wall very thin and not solid so you can hear your neighborg and the picture of the television is bad so you can't watch the TV.

Terrible customer service! beware before booking

As the airline changed my flights I was no longer able to stay at this property. 3 months before the holiday the airline changed my flight, I was really disappointed as I was looking forward to my stay there and seeing Jakarta. I've contacted the hotel to explain the circumstances and requested refund as the cancelation was not due to my fault or wish. The hotel took few weeks to respond and refused to refund any of the costs as I took advantage of promotional price. They also immediately charged me the full price! very poor service, for sure I will not be looking to stay there when making a big trip to Indonesia next year. Also the promotional price was a scam, as today the hotel is cheaper than it was 3 months ago. I hope my room is waiting for me Bandara! I will be giving it away to a random backpacer! anyone looking to stay in Bandara I have a nice double room to give for 1 night on 21.12.2018

Very clean and good looking hotel
Reviewed By Veronique vSienna Inn is a well maintained hotel. In this price rate that is an exception. Nice and not overcrowded decorations. A good buffet for breakfast. More choice for the Indonesian breakfast. There is coffee, tea, jus, toast, jam and sometimes egg. The staff is very friendly but they don't speak English or just a little bit. The hotel is not far from the river where you can hire a boat for visiting the floating market.

Reviewed By traveljv64I tried this hotel because of short stay only to sleep, get ready and go for meeting. Little far from my meeting place but even then I liked. Rooms are nice. Having balcony. Shower is very good for bath. Breakfast well spread. This is not far from Dutta mall. Sleep quality ok. Can stay here depends on your schedule and work area. Airport is little far.

Comfortable place to stay with friendliest staff

Most importantly, the beds are really comfortable, the AC works like a charm and the area is quiet. So if you're planning on staying here, you're in for a good night sleep. The staff is very friendly and tried to help us finding our way in Banjarmasin and recommended good places to eat. Their own restaurant is great too, they serve classic Indonesian dishes with enough options for vegetarians.
