Nous ne sommes restés que deux nuits. Petit déjeuner continental et chinois. Prestation de bonne facture. Nous entendions de la trompette à intervalle régulier et notamment le matin et le soir, peut être un casernement dans le secteur qui expliquerait la restriction pour la wifi.?

Reviewed By MarkC7899This is a beautiful hotel with friendly staff. We had a lovely stay. The only issue, as noted by others, is the noise. Bring good ear plugs and insist on a room on the upper levels. Overall, we would definitely return - it's a lovely spot.

Great & cosy hostel
Reviewed By thaanswer1Hey guys! My girlfriend and I spent four cosy nights at this hostel and it was by far the best experience with hostels in China so far. They have English speaking staff, have clean and cosy rooms, descent toilet and bathroom (which are sheared), Wi-Fi,... Ideally located to all sightseeing inside the city walls, groceries are right next door as well as bus station. To metro there's a 10 min walk which is awesome as well. Staff helps you with traveling to Terracotta Warriors and also provide any assistance with anything you desire (even how to get to Huashan Mountains = plank of death!!!). We would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Xi'an! :D

Reviewed By ndatsmeWe stayed at this hotel for 1 night only. The rooms are spacious and the décor was beautiful. Actually, something happened to us when we went to the hotel. However, the hotel manager has helped us, though we are not quite fluent in mandarin 'macam ayam dengan itik' but the manager's attitude to help us in that situation were very much appreciated till today. Overall, we really satisfied with the services and helped given. Overall it was a pleasant and memorable stay and I'm highly recommended to all.

Reviewed By Jess CThe hotel lobby is clean and fresh but the desk staff speak no English (understandable as we were inChina but they made very little attempt to try and communicate via translating apps)and we were not able to pay for the hotel with card. The hotel room itself was stuffy and smelt of mouldy cigarettes. The air conditioner in our room was broken and we asked three times (in Chinese) for it to be seen to, each time we were told they would send someone up but nothing happened. The only redeemable parts to the hotel were the location (around 30 minutes walk to the bell tower and Muslim street), the orthopaedic pillows and the male reception staff member who was the only one attempting to communicate and help us. For a hotel claiming to host ‘international guests’ there was no support on what to see/ how to see it in the area. Not even a map given to us.

Reviewed By flyiota三个好朋友一起利用元旦假期去西安旅游，订的这里三晚家庭房住宿。这是我第一次入住全季酒店 留下了很好的印象。首先位置还不错，离机场巴士下车步行10-15分钟，去回民街打车的话10分钟10元钱就可以到达，周围虽不算繁华，但是有几间不错的饭馆，不多远就有一间西安饭庄，楼下就有便利店；其次服务也很好，早餐丰盛，大堂有27寸的imac供客人上网使用，很方便。西安有很多间全季酒店，大雁塔、回民街都有，再有机会来西安，会去住。

Reviewed By petersuzhouProvided all the health codes, been in China since Feb 2020, booked through Trip.com they refused to let us stay. We are at the very nice Holiday Inn instead. We have travelled a lot this summer, so the excuses of "local police regulation" is just a plain lie. The police have no such regulations, it is the hotel policy. It will be remembered when travel gets back to normal, which hotels choose this lazy policy of no effort. Campenile is an international brand and should act like one

Reviewed By LiChuinIt was very close to the Muslim Quarters, walking distance to shopping malls, the underground subway and bus stops. Most important Mei's mother went out of her way for us. She guided us many days and gave us tips. She even provided her cell phone for us to call her in case we got lost...which we did, plus she had to speak to the taxi driver on the cell phone, for us on our return journey back to the hotel. We didn't quite speak their language. She waited for us in the middle of the night, even woke up early to send us off at the subway station. She is entirely too kind and sweet !!
