Perfect boutique hotel
Reviewed By nihan19721969This is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in Samsun. The rooms are decorated excellent. It is absolutely certain that an interior designer has touched the whole project. Rooms have a view to the shore of the north see and the staff is super friendly. That means for me that the management is also super professional and they surely know what they are doing. The prices are normal and not expensive at all. They helped me to carry the luggage to the room and were very helpful... I recommend to everyone who come to Samsun and stay here

The rooms are simple but simple things are the best, right? I honestly think this hotel deserves more reviews for its good price and the quality of the staff. You'll have a great taste of Turkey there.

New hotel...lousey service
Reviewed By B SThis hotel is a few years old. It is on the major highway before Samsun. The hotel is used by some travelling business men...otherwise empty. We were given a room for one person. A small bed, no furniture next to the bed (everything had to go on the floor). There were double rooms available I am sure. The restaurant is overpriced and there is no comfortable atmosphere..The main complaint however is the personnel:They stand (almost laying) around bored out of their heads eating their breakfasts from the guest buffet.instead of clearing away used dishes. The breakfast is lousey. No one speaks any english. This hotel could use a drastic course in treating guests well.

Excellent Hotel & Staff
Reviewed By John EThe Sahin 2 Hotel in Samsun (not to be confused with the Sahin 1, where I did not stay) is a great hotel which is located within walking distance to many of the places in Samsun you would like to visit. Banks, post office, taxi's are also easy to find. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is really nice as are the afternoon pastries. The wifi was excellent. The customer service provided by the staff is excellent. I was most impressed by the courtesy, friendliness and English speaking skills of Emre and Burak. They always went out of their way to be helpful and of service to me. The entire hotel team is really top notch. I hope to stay at this hotel again when i return to Samsun.

Reviewed By NecibBPerfect rooms on 3rd floor especially with sea view. Entrance of the hotels needs to be renovated. Great breakfast. Not tried dinner but seemed very nice. Excellent waiters and crew at front desk. This hotel can be the best to rest in Samsun for a long weekend.

Reviewed By BrianL496This is a good choice for a mid range hotel in Samsun. It’s clean, tidy, comfortable and convenient. Breakfast is buffet style and typically Turkish. I found the staff particularly welcoming and friendly and they speak enough English to be helpful generally. The only downside for me was that the wifi, though stable, was particularly slow. I would choose to stay here again.

Quality hotel in central location
Reviewed By Supercol6As Samsun is not a known Westeners tourist destination checking in was a challenge as english is very very limited but in true Turkish tradition and a phone call to interpreter with cool drink offered while every thing was sorted. From there everything was very good from the room which we had the suite which to our surprise had a extremely large balcony, room was large clean and modern with good wifi and mini bar.Staff were very helpful especially the laundry and kitchen staff they were sweet, nothing seamed to be a problem they even walked us to a restaurant that we had been looking for. Location was right in the centre of the city near the central square with markets and restaurants and short stroll to the board walk. Bathroom was big with walk in shower and great water pressure. Had a look at the gym but didn't use had every thing you needed if you are that way inclined we walked every where so got a lot of exercise that way. Breakfast was good not excellent and don't be shy to ask for an omelet or something different. Met the owner who is a lovely guy and down to earth and yes we would stay here again.

Dirty rooms and leaking washrooms
Reviewed By DxbKhurramUnfortunately our stay at this hotel was the worst ever in all of our travels. We took the The Triple Room with Sea View. The view is good but the room was very dirty, there were spots on the carpet and it was very dirty. The wash room was in an even terrible condition. The hairdryer stand was broken and there was mold on the tub. When I took shower, I found out the tub was leaking profusely and the water was about to go into the room! We asked the staff to change the room and they did offer us another room. Unfortunately that other room was also very dirty. We thought of checking out and go to another Hotel but since our stay was for two days so we decided to endure this and complete our stay. This hotel needs renovation badly. I definitely will not recommend this to anyone in its current state.
