Reviewed By FahJaFahGood bed. Not so clean. Breakfast not impressive. No hair dryer, not available even on request. We stayed only for a night. Couldn't say it was very bad but overall we just didn't like it and would certainly not repeat. There are better choices in Sakonnakorn.

Reviewed By nomadicnevsWe stayed here for 2 nights and hadn't pre booked. On arrival the staff were very friendly and could speak English. The rooms are spotlessly clean and look very modern and new and serviced daily. One of the few places in Thailand we have seen a vacuum cleaner being used. The bathrooms especially are great. Comfy bed and lovely linen and quiet area. There are some local eats nearby and for 500-600b would highly recommend. Free coffee, milo in the morning.

Au milieu de nulle part, je veux dire dans la campagne d’Issan, après 700 m sur une route en terre, on arrive dans une propriété, plutôt une oasis de fraicheur, de verdure, à laquelle on ne peut s’attendre. Et là, les propriétaires, Yuphin & David, vous accueillent comme si vous faisiez presque partie de la famille. Tour de la propriété, toute verte et arborée, et vous découvrez votre chambre pensée jusque dans les moindres détails, et décorée avec un goût très rare. Nous sommes arrivés à 12 h et, après avoir rangé nos bagages, Yuphin et David nous ont suggéré quelques visites que nous pourrions faire dans l’après midi. Choix judicieux car nous avons passé un super moment lors de notre visite du temple de Wat Tham Pha Le lendemain matin, Yuphin et David nous ont servi un petit déjeuner copieux (pain, croissants, oeufs sur le plat, bacon et eggs, accompagné de jus de fruit, café, yaourts, etc… J’ouvre ici une parenthèse pour dire que, contrairement à ce que j’avais vu sur Booking, le petit déjeuner est TOUJOURS COMPRIS. Je l’ai signalé à David pour qu’il corrige sur son annonce booking. Pour conclure, j’ai rarement, même très rarement trouvé un tel raffinement, j’insiste, dans tous le détails, dans un hotel (qui n’en est d’ailleurs pas un puisque c’est « The Longhouse, Bed & Breakfast ») Je profite de ce commentaire pour remercier encore Yuphin & David pour la qualité de leur hébergement et du service et je leur dit avec certitude « A bientôt ».

Reviewed By TobiasMLThe Hotel is located at the main room behind an Esso Gas station. We did book a wood house, which did have enough space for a family of four. Nothing special but clean. Bathroom was spacious to take a shower and get ready. Bed was hard, but to my liking. Aircon was available in the room. Outside was a little garden with a few swings for the kids. Overall nothing special and no service provided, but good if you are driving through.

Reviewed By isnakebiteIf you find yourself out here you will do no wrong in staying here. If you find yourself here you obviously have tour own arrangements for transport. It is family owned and run. My Thai wife called the number given with the booking (son) and was given another for the general manager (father). The establishment is new. The chalets have not long been completed and although the building appears to be complete the restaurant is nearly finished. The chalet is very clean and contains fridge with 2 bottles of complimentary water,, tv and aircon and it has its own covered driveway. We booked two chalets and the general manager gave directions to our driver. On arrival the manager helped us get some lunch as we gave some money to one of his aids who drove off and kindly returned with pad Thai as well as some drinks from 7/11. The grounds are quite big so it wouldn't surprise me if there are further developments here. Our only real

Reviewed By PORhibido*** Although the address provided is correct, Thaihome is actually located in Bang Kruai district of Nonthaburi province, not Ban Muang district of Sakhon Nakhon province. At this Thai-style resort in a nondescript residential area where there’re hundreds of real estate projects, rooms are clean and reasonably sized (book directly with the hotel instead of Booking.com to save 100-200 baht). They come with the usual mod cons including a flat-screen TV, a fridge, coffee-making facilities and two bottles of water. But we found two spiders in the bathtub so you better not be entomophobic as the place is surrounded by tropical gardens. Also, the steep bathroom step means that elderly guests should be cautious when going to the toilet at night. Bear in mind there aren’t restaurants within walking distance so you will need a car or rely on nearby 7-Eleven if you want to stay for a few nights. Appreciate the peace and quiet away from Bangkok’s hustle and bustle? Thaihome might be for you.
