We are a social enterprise focused on oceanic protection, namely reefs and turtles. Pulau Weh Paradise was started by a committed team including renowned tech innovator Neal Cross, his cousin Paul Cross and his friend and local Iman, Abdullah Togap with the objective to advocate for local prosperity, community empowerment and orangutan protection. Besides its mission to raise awareness of the plight of the coral reefs, the hotel has also been a source of jobs and education for the local villages. The first project delivered by this team was Hotel Orangutan, an Eco-resort to increase awareness for the Sumatran Orangutans.
Lovely quiet spot with excellent service
Reviewed By Ingrid HWe went to Pulau Weh Paradise for four days just before Christmas and bookes one of their nice chalets. The pickup from Banda Aceh airport was punctual, and the driver took us around the city to drop us at the ferry well on time. He also knew a lot about the region. At Pulau Weh itself we got agin picked up by a lovely driver who also took us around one day to see the volcano, the Japanese war memorial, and Sabang City. This driver also picked us up on Sunday morning very early to queue for us at the ferry terminal for tickets. Beside their excellent driver service, the Paradise itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet; a perfect way to relax at the beach. Their restaurant had good local and Western food joices. All in all, the stay was great! Well recommended for the service, the comfort, and the gorgeous surroundings.

Hotelnya biasa saja, tarif tidak mahal, kamar tidak besar, yang berkesan adalah sprei dan bed covernya putih bersih sehingga kami bisa tidur dengan nyaman. Parkiran cukup, sarapan standar, layanan baik. Salah satu pilihan hotel yang tepat di Sabang.

Re-charging your energy!
Reviewed By zulfirman erosw... SGreat view, relaxing ambience, nice hospitality. A place to recharge your energy after facing your daily routine. I just take one night stay with my small family. Wife with 6 yrs old son and 3 yrs old daughter. At night you can sleep with the wave sound as the background. In the morning you can directly view the ocean right after you go to the room balcony. The continue to take a swim in sea fresh water. Highly reccomended!

Если хотите попасть на очень хороший пляж, то стоит пройти ещё 600 м до отеля Freddie’s. Там чудесный белый песок, практически нет камней, Есть возможность потом вымыть ноги и сходить в туалет. Мы брали помещение, состоящий из трёх комнат с двух спальными кроватями. Две из комнат имели собственные ванную комнату и третья комната - общую ванну и туалет. Вход в эти три комнаты из большого зала со столом, телевизором и двумя вентиляторами, где можно собраться всем вместе вечером. Там же находится кулер с горячей и холодной водой, сушилка для одежды. Хозяин отеля молодой человек по имени Анри каждое утро приносил нам индивидуальные завтраки. В пластиковой коробке находился омлет, кусочек мяса, упакованный отдельно с соусом, а также рис с какими-то приправами. В каждой комнате есть кондиционер. Отличное соотношение цены и качества, внимательное и доброжелательное отношение персонала. Хозяин всячески старался помочь нам – вызывал моторикшу, который возил нас по всему острову, советовал где поесть, и всячески старался сделать наше пребывание здесь максимально комфортным.

Have motorbyke to rent . Aircon and bath room . We make some food ( bbq fish , sea food rice , steak fish french frie , burger , jus ...) . We can pickup you at the arbord . See you tchaooo !!!

All this story started from my booking.On the booking.com was information that the room comes with the breakfast and also a dinner can be purchased for extra price it was a big plus for me since I had a stroke in the past and I can’t use the motorbike or the car since then and long distances is a borden for me and I used the trip for the recovery from my illness. One week before my arrival the owner sent me the message that the breakfast is not included and I have to pay extra for it, like he made the mistake on his page. But why he was waiting for it for a whole month? I called to the booking.com and let them know of that, the agent was agreed with me and promised me that everything will remained the same as I booked. After that I’m getting the message from the owner that I’m not welcome there and better for me not to come. Everybody knows the difference between booking in advance and in the last minute and also I’m a kind of person who doesn’t like to change the plans in the last minutes, so I refused not to come and thought I’ll fix the problem with the owner after I come and maybe we will become friends after all . But when I came the owner meet me with the sour face even after my offers how to fix the problem he refused to do so. During conversation I asked him if I can buy dinner for entire month he told me that they don’t do diners even he did it for other guests. My breakfast I received after all but reduced one Unfortunately I can’t write here everything I went through, you can make an idea of this place and location from my story. The space has a life stock of different insects who bites and leave marks on your body. There are no restaurants and stores around, even it listed on the owners site that they exist.The closest restaurant and stores is a mile away. The owner has a bad attitude not just toward me but also to the people I contacted there while I stay and people from the same country I came from. Now I want let people know what kind of location is there. The beach is very dirty and beside me and some of local people on weekends there were nobody.I was a witness many times how the people who leaved there throw garbage and remains off the meals right on the beach. The cows and the goats is a regulars there which attracted me in the beginning till I sawed what they leave there after presence. All of that I guess brought the send flies on the beach which makes it difficult to be there.People who leave there generally nice, but they hate Americans, I have no idea why. Now I want to tell something about nice people there who helped me to make my vacation a little bit better. One mile from there is a nice guest house with the restaurant, where I eat every day my lunch and dinner, basically I left there the money I could spend in Marifi it was about 3 million in there currency. The owner gave me at once 10% discount after he find out that I’ll eat there every day for a month. They were providing me with a boiled water for free, which I supposed to receive from the place I was staying. The manager of that place drive me every day to the place when he were meeting me on the road walking to the restaurant and if his friend was there he were bringing me back to the hotel. And on my last day he dropped me off at the ferry and all of that was for free. He even did not except the money from me for the ride. His name is Sandy, say hello from me to him when any of you will visit him over there . The name of the place Paradise.it’s the only place around there where you can have a decent meal. If any of those who still decides to stop there after my review be ready for surprises and ride motorbike.

Beautiful Sunrise is Priceless
Reviewed By DisgioveryThe hotel facility was just average. I liked how we stayed in the 2nd level of the wooden building so that I could observe the Malacca Strait clearly. The room amenities was very basic. But the sunrise view was awesome! The breakfast menu was OK, but it's forgiven since you could have a sea view while eating. Never thought that Malacca Strait was very busy with big ships sailing around. The Point was also close to the famous Sumur Tiga beach.
